On test I got a tip very quickly, ran the mish, and then started trick or treating for another one, and after 1/2 hour gave up.
This morning I got a tip on the 2nd door. -
Unfortunately the server status page is not the most reliable . . .

I love the Halloween event and looking forward to toasting some GM's and crunching out merits! Our normal hookup spot is Talos but that tends to be a heavily used GM hunt zone so maybe we should consider running in a different zone on Friday.

When I first saw it I thought maybe it was a vet pet or some such. But then I noticed an actual character under there. It's late at night and I'm a bit tired so it was quite surprising to see.

Interesting. Where does the fox "outfit" come from? And thanks for the responses.

I was running around Cap Au on a lower pop server when I came across this:
Sorry for the image quality - I was on my laptop with graphic settings on performance. I caught it out of the corner of my eye and turned back. It looked like a character on its knees, with a fox outfit over him, and he was pawing at the ground. Is this a temp power or emote or some such? I've never seen it before. And the person was logging out before I could ask. -
Friday wouldn't be good for me - too many after school commitments for the kids

Silly question, maybe, but have you checked your tips in the contacts tab? Maybe you have the 3 max and didn't know it?

Did my first random roll with a villain merit, and scored a LotG recharge and a Miracle - Recovery, and a couple decent others. So now I'm in the process of coverting a lvl 47's reward merit's to villain merits. But the random rolls are much like Vegas: They sucker you in with a couple good rolls and then your merits are theirs

I've gone months without a purple dropping. And then the day after GR went live, my brute received 2 purples in one mish. I nearly cried. One was an Armageddon and one was a Soulbound. Tne next day the same character picked up an Absolute Amazement. I doubt I'll see the like again, but it can happen to anyone

I think the funnest moment of the evening for me was after our street sweep when we joined the other teams at the start up of the raid, with our hot feet, choking clouds and fire imps suggesting who we were, and all the other teams acknowledging the arrival of the Frads.
We had a couple new people join, but we lost one before the raid even started. As Hype said there were lots of Vanguard Merits to be had, as well as lots of leveling and lots of fun. I don't know that I handle that much fun every week, but definitely would be up for future go arounds! -
Since the raid starts about an hour after our normal meetup time, I'll be logging in 1/2 hour later than normal.

Interesting. We just did a Jurassik with 2 villains and 4 heroes. I know one person did get the badge, but don't know about the others. But I know I didn't get it. Irritating.

The MLC SG seems to have devolved to a FRad group. We are still running FRads on Mondays but the general focus seems to be on leveling for the higher level content. We ran tips last week, but it was rough with all the activity going on.
Redside there isn't much activity (including myself). What I might want to do is take my level locked character to the dark side and pick up what merits for the explore accolades there, so I'd be willing to Tip. -
We did hook up last week. A few had connection issues and dropped out. We mainly ran tip mishes, which were fun. But it was pretty casual.
Not sure how Monday is going to look. Might still have the GR Shiny going on. I should be there, however. -
I'm curious as to how many globals I have with dead accounts have returned.
-
And if you buy the box set you are getting a month out of it, so really only need to unsub for one month (depending on where you buy the box from).
-
Since GR went live today for those that pre-ordered it might be a light Frad night tonight. We'll see!
-
So sorry to hear that. Hope to you see you in-game soon!

Until my current Frad gets into the upper levels, I'll continue to lead the second group if there are enough people to warrant a second team. But I'd like to establish something ahead of time (I hate the downtime while we figure out what to do) so I'm thinking of doing the 2nd Positron TF or maybe a flashback (maybe the Freaklympics, for the merits). Last week we had such a range of character levels (1-mid 30's) so keeping to low-level activity or something all can participate in. Anyway I welcome any suggestions.

We missed you Posti!
Nice turnout tonight. Hype took a team of 8 and ran an ITF, I believe, and I and 6 others ran radio mishes.
We were set a bit high for the broad range of levels on the team. We started at +2, team size 7, on a team of 6. We started out well for a couple rooms against Council, but after a few team wipes, we reset and dropped it down a bit. We had:
Radical Burner
Gieger Ex Machina
B1aziken
Sun Stryke
Wild West Pest
Zug FRC
We lost Gieger during the 2nd mish and Greased Wheels joined in. We hit a 3rd mish, with just the final 4 on the team and that went pretty well, set for a team of 6. Here is the final shot I got:
I'm hoping my Frad will hit 35 by next week so won't be so limited in TFableness. Nice to see us growing more and more every week. Until next week! -
Don't have anything ITF'able yet so will sit at the little kids table tonight
-
We ran the 1st of the new Posi's in about 1 hours 20 minutes, run at +2 levels. A pretty decent run overall. Pic:
Anxious to get my newest FRAD to 35+. We added a 5th character (Tropical Burn, I believe) but they couldn't commit to a TF so ran with just the 4.
Looking forward to next week!
