Yeah, I really am. I think that is the prime reason that I so rarely create IO builds for my characters... I am unwilling to remove powers I like in order to achieve some numerical superiority... and the idea of dropping a billion for a single PvP IO is lunacy IMO.
But, I know I am weird in that respect.
I have to say thanks to everyone that has contributed, I really have learned a lot (one main thing: Dominators really like Purple IOs). -

It's a bug, log in to Exalted with a different character, then log out. Your character should be unlocked.

I have to say that, numbers-wise, it is pretty impressive! However, I am a little saddened that some of my favorite powers from Psi have been left out... Psychic Scream specifically. Oh well, I guess I will take what I have learned from the above and see what I can come up with.

I'm starting to think that Perma is far more worth it, if only for the mez prot and +End. As you said, Elec doesn't benefit from it as much as other sets do in terms of control.
Also, it isn't the shield that is significant for concept, it's the Mu pet... so I can't really go with say Scorpion's Epic. -

Also, I am attempting to work up a build that goes for S/L Def since I do tend to play in melee range a lot on this character... I might even go for Melee Defence for that matter, but I think that would be too limiting as it would do nothing for the ranged attacks (obviously). I have discovered that going for S/L is considerably harder than Ranged. :/

The Kingpin was the only good thing about Daredevil, oh and Joe Pantoliano being in it... I kinda like him... well, I guess Ben was okay... not good, but okay (in fact, he only rates okay because he likes the comic and is attractive).

You very well might be right... I posted it from my computer at work which is harder to update, so prolly has an old version of Mids... lemme take a look at it later and see if I can't sort it out.

So I worked a little harder on the build... and managed to get myself to 45.5% ranged with the Mu pet in there. I am not necessarily happy with skipping a few attack powers to do it... but, I think the end result is workable and much much better than that first monstrosity I posted.
Any commentary?

Seems like you may be unfamiliar with how Epics work for Scrappers, Stalkers, Brutes and Tanks.
- They don't get ally buffs
- They don't get more powers that add to their armor set
- They do get ranged attacks.
- They do get stuff they don't have, like the hold you mentioned.

One quick comment on something that jumped out at me.
Ouroboros isn't broken. It just can't do what you are asking of it. Ouro is limited by the native alignment of the user. Period. And, even if you are on the "other side" you are still a Villain or Hero, as such you will go to your alignment's Ouro. That isn't broken, it does exactly what is intended.
Changing that functionality is a long-running request, but not one that seem surmountable without a good deal of Dev effort (it might also be something they don't intend to allow). -
