Teleport pads for Rogues & Vigilantes

Maybe this has been suggested before, but my $0.02 about teleport pads, beacons and rogues/vigilantes, after having been directed here by NCSoft Support staff.

I noticed, when playing a rogue, going blue side, that I would earn teleport beacons for my VG. I thought "Oh that's GREAT! I can invest in a teleport pad to get to where I'm going quickly from my base" -- only to find out that the VG teleport pads don't allow beacons to the blue side of things. With Ouroboros being broken (you can only get to your "native" side copy when using the portal, even if you open it in the opposite side), it's really cumbersome to travel around paragon as a Rogue, or the isles as a Vigilante.

In addition, there are a few zones you can't even get to at all as a rogue, namely the echoes of DA and Galaxy (and for the badge collectors among us, that is a real bummer) unless you get a mission there and use the mission teleporter (that not everyone has).

IMHO it makes no sense at all to be able to earn the beacons for blue zones as a rogue and red zones as a vigilante, and not being able to use them. I would suggest getting some way to use them, either with special teleport pads (would make more sense, story-wise - e.g. getting trusted connection information not shared with the villains/heroes of the group), or by extending the capabilities of current pads and simply checking alignment when used.

Canon-story wise, you could explain this by Arachnos and the Freedom Phalanx having teleport inhibitors for the opposite alignment, or something similar. (it would even open up for some interesting possibilities for story arcs, with villains or heroes hacking their way past this barrier...)

Suggestions and Ideas forum section is further down the list.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Black Pebble is my new hero.

One quick comment on something that jumped out at me.

Ouroboros isn't broken. It just can't do what you are asking of it. Ouro is limited by the native alignment of the user. Period. And, even if you are on the "other side" you are still a Villain or Hero, as such you will go to your alignment's Ouro. That isn't broken, it does exactly what is intended.

Changing that functionality is a long-running request, but not one that seem surmountable without a good deal of Dev effort (it might also be something they don't intend to allow).

Although annoying in some situations, i found this a useful way to return to my original side.
