Forget about CoH's ATs when playing CoV, that wll help you immensely. Stalkers are stealthy quick death machines who can't get in a serious fight or they'll die. Brutes are reliant on being attacked/attacking to build up their dps. -

To that person, he was doing nothing wrong. You know the risks of stepping into a PvP zone, why shouldn't he attack you??? -

They really need to do something about the instant PvP on/PvP off functionality implemented in the zones.
As it is now, you pound a lot on an enemy, and it just flees back into safe territory to recuperate... absolutely disgusting display of cowardice.
While it shouldn't necessarily be as long as it is in WoW, the model they use there is great - and would be a so much better solution than the currently implemented system; if you engange in PvP and flee to a safe zone, you remain PvP enabled for X minutes.

Whats to stop them just leaving the zone rather than waiting in the safe zone? Same net effect, just more time wasted. The WoW model only works because of how Friendly/Contested zones are setup, and even then it has its flaws. -

If were talking eight man teams, eight Corruptors all able too buff each other would be able to whip up some seriously scary DPS. -
Sufice to say, three slots for AccBuff in FA is still enough to enable you to strip Acc out of your powers.

Surely Flight pool offers the only real alternative, as Hover is also nice cheap Knockback protection? Works nicely for my flyimg DA scrapper.

You need slots for Hover to make it effective, and slots arent something you tend to have a lot of in a /DA build. If you can get it working, go with it, but I can think of much better slotting investments. -

I'd still take Stamina, just dont put anymore than three slots in it. Hastes still very useful, despite being unpermable, but Super Jump should be the only travel power you need. -

You know, if you read my post in this very thread you'd see that I am picking up Tough. I didn't think /DA needed it before but with ED it does. -
You can make a nice Offender out of prety much anything coupled with Kinetics.

If you can, slot Whirlwind. Its fantastic in PvP because it cancels out all your atack animations and means you can be permanently moving, making you harder to pin down in combat.
Course, thats not much good if PvP isn't your bag! -

One is more than enough, especially now youre slotting for End a lot more. Course, you might have run out of things to slot by this point but if you can slot something else, I'd reccomend it.

I dont consider six slotting Hasten or Stamina to be worthwhile. The paltry 15% bonus you get for doing so is a complete waste of time. I'll be throwing slots from Stamina and Hasten into Health and Tough to up my survivability.
I don't consider Conserve Power to be worth it anymore. Given the closest you can get to Perma-Haste now is 35secs downtime, and even with Perma Haste you had a sizeable downtime on Conserve Power its going to be down a lot more. I'll rely on all the Endurance I'm throwing in my powers (Especially the big End hog FA...) to keep me going. -

I used to slot for that back in Issue 5. It had no noticeable effect then, I suspect it has no noticeable efect now. The debuff lasts for such a paltry amount of time and you kill your targets so quickly that its a waste of a slot. Your much better slotting up CoF for Acc and Thtdbf because it hits more people.
The ideal slotting thats been knocking around is 3 Dmg, 2 Rchg and either and End or an Acc, depending on whether you have FA. I do, so only powers I need to hit everytime are getting the Acc slot.
The one thing Im now going to be forced to take is Tough, which is annoying as heck, but what am I going to do about it. Dropping Soul Transfer (Which I think is great fun, but don't have room for anymore) and Conserve Power which with the double nerf of ED and no more Perma Haste just has a stupidly long recharge time.
I reckon I still need Hasten, so I'll keep it. So Im pretty much unchanged buildwise apart from a loss of uniqueness in having to pick up the Fighting pool and the diversification of my slots. If anyone really wants the hard figures let me know and I'll post it up when I finally get a respec done. -
All the team leaders should be on TS in a perfect world, makes everything much easier.
