    37.5% is also what they say over on the US Brute forums, so that's the number I've been using myself for calculations as well.

    But I agree it sounds like a high base value... taking the recent reductions in base values into consideration...

    That's funny... when I took the Private into Bloody Bay a couple of nights ago, the villains had no problem forcing my healthbar into red (forcing me to SuperJump back some to allow for the health to regenerate before jumping back in again). Ok, so the Private is still a I3 build, with the relatively low smash/lethal resistances because of that, but still...

    The status protection of Obsidian Shield is unenhanceable by slots. It won't help you against immobilization (or knockback), either .

    If it's any help in comparison... 6-slotted +2 SOs Flurry wasn't too bad . It's a single target too .

    Teleport Foe is an excellent power if the opposing side, e.g. heroes, get too close to your base - but stay outside drone range... .

    Fury is wonderful.

    Tips on using it:

    Put brawl on autofire. It is low cost, quick to recharge (plonk a recharge enhancement in there asap) and helps build fury wonderfully.

    Take your first attack. It is the fastest recharging, lowest end cost non-brawl thing you have. I soloed entire maps using just Jab and Brawl until getting DOs to cut down on end use and keep fury high.[...]

    I love you! Hehe, no really... or well... I did try it out with Brawl and Shadow Punch... and damn, never have I had that much endurance available to me in my 18 levels of DM/DA Bruteship. That Fury just skyrockets in no time to 75+% and that lovely damage just follows .
  20. Yeh, what kind of Tanker is that? Making sure you get the attention of the lesser dangerous elements, so those more dangerous elements are free to go for the more... squishier... teammates.

    States's a wusstank... there's more and more evidence to back up that statement .
  21. There most certainly is no safe zone at the helopad. Got sent to Bloody Bay to speak with the first contact (ala Wincott and The Hollows), and upon arrival to the zone I started taking damage - thanks to the Rain of Fire attack some tool hero (won't mention his name here, as that'll probably just get him off) did right there, in front of the helo.

    I shrugged it off me, not being able to see anything anywhere, took a few steps forward - down to the contact - and then the tool started single target attacking me, after which I found out where he was... hovering his cowardly posterior was hovering about the helopad.

    He was lucky he resisted the TP Foe attempts I did after getting too annoyed with him. Hell, I never even managed to read whatever it was the contact had to say to me.

    The lack of safe zone at the arrival has got to be a mistake in the design.
