A ranged attack that does high damage
A ranged attack that does extreme damage
A ranged AOE effect?
A melee attack that does high damage
A power that gives you esentially stamina
A Fly power faster then a fully slotted Flight
A power that makes you more 'resistant' to damage like the paragon protector for 1 minute.
A power that gives you a nice pet that not only looks nice but is actually usefull in combat? Say a single MM minion?

Where would you say stop?

The ranged attack that does high damage, because you get a High DoT with Sands of Mu from Vet Rewards, and to get Vet Rewards you need to pay your sub, so it's not really unfair.

Or do you try to race everyone to the mish?

That's because of the Nemesis plot of hatching him. 1,000,000 HOs spawn, first to get to Hami gets all the HOs!

Yeah, if rewards is what your looking for, STF or LRSF is your best bet. Even a PuG of it can work out well.

Hey there guys. Once again I am back here looking for a new AT to start. The only stalker I currently have is hiding behind a dustbin at level 18, a MA/Regen.

As for a primary, I was intrested in Dual Blades. I had never really started Dual Blades, so I checked up ParagonWiki to see the words and numbers.

As far as I can seem it's pretty much Moderate DMG until the last two, SS and OTC. That basically means attack chains, right? Now I thought all the Moderate DMG powers to make a big healthy damage combo. Power Slice+Alb Strike+Typhoon's Edge+Blinding Feint+Vengeful Slice. This would be a bread and butter damage combination, IMHO. So basically DB is not exactly all big DMG but about the attack chains and thats why theres COMBOS. Almost forgot about that. So basically, the combos really are important, comparing the overall damage of the set.

Next comes the secondary. Now I would be adventurous and choose WP, but it's just too soft with DB, IMHO. After looking at them all I came up with Electric Armor. Because with the attack chains of DB comes Endurance, and EA has it's fair share of Endurance recoverers and reduce and end costers, obviously combined with Stamina. EA also provides lots and lots of mez protection, which you don't want during an attack chain, espicially with a combo coming up. EA doesn't have the damage resistance of the others but it's a risk I'm willing to take.

So I'm thinking DB/EA - does anyone else have a suggestion to a better secondary with DB/ or a better primary with /EA?

Ofc we will have to wait and see if these features are good and bad when I meant middle and lower class I meant stuff like powersets, new arcs in my mind would be considered lower class, everything else middle class. Higher class would be Ouroboros, Invention System, etc

Let's say I put 3 damage IOs in a attack power. Then I put in a damage SO. Would the SO be considered useless because of the rules of ED?

Well it can't hurt...I'm joining in as Phantom Blue Lvl 50 Ill/Sonic Troller but I can't be a Team Leader since I don't have and intend to have Group Fly although do have Fly.

Well I'm going to try to play him a little bit and wait till I13 and see if I enjoy playing him them and if he's good.
