"High levels"?
Anyone level 14 or higher can get superspeed or superjump; as others have said they can use multibuilds to make their second build a "racer" if they don't want to change their main build at all.
Zero-G packs, simulating superjump, can be picked up by anyone level 10 or higher. Reaching level 10 takes a day or so, tops.
Anyone at any level can get a buff from a kin if there happens to be one handy.
I don't see how this is at all exclusive, even if you insist SS or SJ is absolutely essential (which they aren't).

As far as balanced for every level goes...every level can try it, but if a level 50 who's been tweaking their build for the last 3 years found themselves on the exact same footing as a level 2 fresh out of Outbreak, people would complain about that too.
As long as everyone can enjoy themselves I don't see why Robin should find things balanced if he decided to try a footrace against Superman.

OK Christmas is a good calendar event but then there is the best year of the day...
BOXING DAY!!!
Yes it is UK/Canada/New Zeland/Australia celebration but it's a great day don't you think? Everything's half price!
So in spite of that I'm going to be holding a boxing day event in the Pocket D Winter Event area! This will be similar to last year's photo by Coin.
1st Event: The Photo.
Right, I'm hoping our favourite cameraman Coin can attend this, so I'll pester him and see if he can! If not I'll take the photo and put it up here.
2nd Event: The "Half" Character Concept Contest.
This is basically where you make a character where his concept is both good and evil, you can make the good or evil side or both! Just show up and show us the concept and a backstory and I'll consider you to win some prizes...
3rd Event: Ski Slope Tournament.
OK for this we're hoping for a even number of contenders if not we'll pick 2 random people to a slope race first to win qualifys for the final <even number>. This is basically a race down the slope! Can you handle the pressure as your opponent catches up on you? But this time it's different...no buffs or speed boosting at all - that means no travel powers and no sprint! And espicially those Kin buffs! The winner will recieve a special reward.
So, that's it. There might be more events I can rack up, but for now, see if you can make it! The fun starts on 26th December at 6pm. -

Btw, new slope is pretty hard, you cant get there fast enough without SS so you get SS and then you fall off and get a ridiculous time lol

Well, unfortunatly for you, these things, like everything of good quality, take time...
on the other hand if you decide that the waiting isnt worth while theres several other things you COULD do in the meantime, such as;
-take up a new hobby
-do different TF's/story arcs you havent done before (im sure theres one, there always is)
-possibly if none of the above suit you, you could always just cancel your sub and sulk in a corner until the devs have succumbed to you wants and needs....
have some time to think about it...

It's over-long, not at all exciting and very hard with a large, inexperienced team - all in all not a very good introduction to TFs for people new to the game.
Red names have admitted it could use a look at (it's actually two TFs they welded together when they found the early game's mission system couldn't support follow-on TFs), but as with many things it's a question of finding the time.

/signed, but also a Supergroup of the Week! Perhaps some sort of SG award could come like this, I don't know prestige rate is increased by 10%? Or some new base items.
Also, Supergroup Member of the Month/Week! Basically the person who has gained the most Prestige for the SG. They would recieve some sort of badge and Very Rare recipe? Or maybe even a new "Supergroup Pride" Temp Power where they have an animation of their SG's logo and they shout out the name of the SG in text, this gives them a Dmg, Acc, Def bost and 50% prestige increase for 30 minutes? The temp power would last 1 week in real time, enough for a new SG Member of the Week/Month to be decided. But if you won it for the month, then it would last a month in real time. Sound good?

Back! I've been playing my PB although he is still irregularly played it's been more enjoyable to play him. I can now survive on my own for quite a while with Dwarf and 5 +0 bosses! I couldn't do that before I13.
I'm going to play him more now and roll him to 50. With me getting to 40-50 is always hard, I always seem to be leaving him lieing at some level for months on end! This time I'm going to shell out lots of my game time on him
Oh and, is there a way to copy>paste in-game builds into Mids? I'd like to show you guys my build and give me some pointers/rate it. -
