Solomon Banks, otherwise known as Blind Yakuza, opened the door to his flat in Kings Row softly.
"Hellions." he whispered to himself.
Arachnos Base, Cap Au Diable, The Rogue Isles
"OK, we've got him in Kings Row. Captain McLawson, you oversee that we activate the missles right out of Mount Diable. Go there now and check how the trainees are doing..." Operative Gregors said.
"But sir, Mr. Gregors, we can't pick them up on the scanner! There's a very high chance that they've been killed!" McLawson stated.
"Fine...head over there and bring them back here, dead or alive. Then we'll decide *your* fate, Captain." Gregors muttered.
"Sir...what did I--!" McLawson says before he screams in pain.
Kings Row, Paragon City
"It's not Hellions! It's Gregors! Crud, I thought he was gone for good last time. I'm going to have to rally up some of the best heroes in Paragon to defeat him." Firmly stated Blind Yakuza.
Arachnos Base, Cap Au Diable, The Rogue Isles
"He is back with a force...he wants to hunt me down. I am going to need to get the best underdog criminals in these isles to assist me...we can all deal with this problem." Gregors said.
A few days later, you are a Hero in Paragon City, you see an advertisment stuck on a wall stating...
"Looking for Heroes to combat supervillian Operative Gregors. Gregors has ties to Arachnos and would greatly assist Longbow and the general public if neutralized. The reward for defeating Gregors is $10,000. Contact Mr. Solomon Banks, Number 32 Mersin Flats, Kings Row if intrested."
Will you pass by or make your way to Mersin Flats in Kings Row?
A few days later, you are a Villian in The Rogue Isles, you see an advertisment stuck on a wall stating...
"Looking for Villians to combat superhero Blind Yakuza. Gregors has ties to Longbow and would greatly assist Arachnos and supervillians if neutralized. The reward for defeating Blind Yakuza is $10,000. Contact Operative Gregors, Arachnos Base 235, Cap Au Diable if intrested."
Will you pass by or make your way to the Arachnos Base in Cap Au Diable?
