I17;Conjecture and Nerdrage...

This is one of the reasons why I play redside more,that and the story arcs seem better.

Sorry but when you have to go to point a,b,c,d,e to talk to every contact in 5 zones for one mish that lasts 10 minutes is alittle ridiculous.

Pre-I13 I used to watch a thugs/poison pwn heroes in RV.The best one was when a pocket emp and Stone tank thought they were going to take down that mm.

It was a truly awesome fight,needless to say that MM took that tank out and killed the emp.

The 1-20 grind sucks primarily because of no stamina.Some of the contacts are fun,but,seriously no stamina just kills it for low levels.

I'd rather be pl'd to 20 and avoid the pain that it is,actually this is really the only thing that really bothers me about this game is the reliance on almost every AT to get the fitness pool.

Hopefully if it just starts out and it is only 1-20,it will be expanded upon in future issues.

I live in a condo in a college town,my neighbors are all quiet families,mostly retirees.
Anyways across the way is a double condo they rent out,last year they decided to rent to college kids.

Now as you very well know college kids for the most part are annoying,loud,pigs who think it is party time whenever they like and damned be the neighbors.

Anywho when we got buried yesterday,the one college kids car was buried,so instead of trying to clear the snow off of the car and around the car,he decides to just jump in and tries to drive off.Mind you there is only a small patch that he wiped off the windshield so he could see,the rest of the car has like 12-15 inches of snow on it and is surrounded by 20" of snow.

So for the next 32 minutes I get to listen to this moron revving his engine trying to get out of his drive way.The snow being as deep as it is so compacted beneath the car that he can't move.
Now instead of trying to correct his lack of common sense and just a get a shovel and dig his way out.The moron gets out of the car and starts kicking snow out of the way from his tires,the good part of this is that he was wearing flip-flops......

Twenty minutes later he finally got his car out after rocking it back and forth enough to "plow" the snow with his car out of the way.So he goes driving off,his car looking like a iceberg driving down the road.

Finally he came home late last night and couldn't make it in his driveway,so he backed up and got a headstart now his car slide in the driveway and is in the yard buried worse than it was.Sigh....

W/e you might start out on I strongly suggest you learn the macro's for management of your pets and not to be a burden on teammates with unnecessary aggro.(you can find the guides for macros in the mm guides section)

Pets are only as smart as their master's commands,and if not supervised properly will go chasing enemies all over a map.

All too often I have seen mm's die,get kicked from teams,and incur the wrath of teammates after a team faceplant just because they couldn't keep a leash on their pets.

In addition there ALOT of people who think that they are mm's and they are WRONG.

Learn and implement the macro's,keep an eye on your pets,and pretty soon you will be rolling through damn near anything the game can throw at you.

I started out on a bots/ff some ppl call it a lazy mm,but to me it was a nice starter mm to learn all the in's and out's of the AT.Plus,you can take other pools so it isn't "boring" my mm has leadership and the medicine pool,with acouple of the attacks in the primary as to not make it boring and to provide some support to others on the team.

I have a thugs/pain mm also and once in awhile I play him(he's 38 now) a really active build with the management of your pets and providing support for the team with /pain.

That's my 2 cents hope it helps.

Already placed my vote for TV.

NE Ohio here have at least 18" of snow,I'm not going out to measure it.Warm and snug in my condo,gonna be a CoX day for sure.

Now if the snowplow guys get their butts here to clean the roads,wife took the Husky out to play in it,and then took the 2 Corgi's out to play in it.

All I could see of the Corgi's were their ears....

Now just wondering how my ******* daughter is gonna make it home today because her social life is apparently more important then the common sense rule of "don't go driving in a snow storm"....kids these days.

I especially love the brutes that think they are the shizz and run into a huge mob and faceplant all because their primary is a joke.Too much aggro and not enough damage they can deal out.

Had a dk/wp brute think they could outclass my wife's ss/wp brute not too long ago,it was so emarassing for that poor dark brute.

Every dk brute I've seen in my past 3 years has been laughable at best.

No I think they mean post count like how your Forum Cartel Wes and I'm super powered.I dunno btw...

I was a big console player and never heard of CoX.While checking out the back aisles in a Target store,I seen a clearance rack and seen a copy of City of Villains.Now here we are 40 months later and I still play,and haven't touched a console game in 2 years.

Yeah it's an addictive game with a great community,but,to never have heard of it and see it on a clearance rack.

Plus,I subscribed to alot of console magazines back then and didn't see squat about the game.For the longest time I thought CoX was some kind of below the radar fluke...

I only use Paragon Wiki and to be honest I didn't even know about the other site.40 months in and still learnin stuff....

I support the tee vee can't afford a new rig so ultra mode is for the rich who want us to eat cake!

I really don't notice the repetition of the game,when I'm on a good team and flying along defeating mobs,you tend not to notice these things.

Yes,I would like to see more outdoor maps and other kinds of maps would be nice.A revamp of some existing zones/maps would be great but,it really isn't my top priority for the game.

Personally I loved killing him just because of all the knockbacks in his attacks.
One of the first things I said was I wish I could kill him because he kept knocking everyone out of melee range.

Same thing with Fusionette I try to take her into large mobs to get her wasted,sorry on my team if your annoying,you die.
