Hello, all.
I came back to CoX community after a long break from the game (~2 years+).
Then I realized I have deleted all my tankers. Hence I decided to go build one instead of whining.
I am thinking to make a Stone Armor/Super Strength tanker with an attempt to softcap its defense along with capping all resistance except for psionic. But I would love to get as much psionic defense and resistance as possible, even if it costs a little gimping.
I will be aiming for tier 4 cardiac, and this is what I ended up with after playing around on Mids` builder for a bit.
I would love to make some tweaks, but I do not have any idea how to make it better at the moment.
This build is 2.3% off from energy/negative energy resistance cap with all other wants of mine accomplished.

Long time no see on this forum. x)
To start off the topic, let me give you a bit of the background information.
I`ve had this stoner since... I do not even remember now, but it has been shelved about a few months more than two years.
This is still my loyal stone/stone, which never disappointed me as far/long as I remember. x)
It only had SO`s and never had any IO`s slotted, so I wonder what kind of build would this one need for tanking in various types of TF/SF`s, since there are many, it seems, going on.

P.S: Budget would be... well, I really do not care how expensive the build is, since people will eventually be able to accomplish the build, anyway, but it would be nicer to make it cheaper than the most expensive stone/stone build. xP -

when you go to task manager, you can see many tabs.
under processes, if you are running cox, there should be something called cityofheroes.exe (or cityofheroes.exe*32 for those of you who are using 64bit windows.)
after a bit, the priority of it lowers itself down to below normal.
do we have a way to avoid this from happening?

the base damage on mids` seems to be good, but...
since it is an aoe attack... -___-
if the answer to `is it worth taking?` is yes, then nevermind.
if the answer is no, what other power should i take?
my build currently have body blow, power siphon, repulsing torrent, focused burst, concentrated strike. (and web + shriken, if you wanted to know that.)
should i just take r.torrent out for something else, just take it out from the build, or keep it?
edit: and yes, i am asking if it is worth taking for a pvp km/ scrapper. -
