Transfering incarnate salvage to another character on the same account?

I just heard someone talking about it.

He was assuring that it will happen.

I was wondering if this is true or was he just bluffing?

Have devs ever mentioned about any of this?

yes you can do it but its not worth it, of course its always going to be at a huge mark down compared to if you just left it on your character. You come out better just playing that character on a trial to get whatever salvage.

As far I know you can not transfer Incarnate SALVAGE between characters, but you can 'purchase' threads for another character with Astral of Emp merits.

You can buy a certificate for 4 threads with an Astral merit. The certificate (and the threads) can then be claimed on another character on the same account.
I think on Emp merit will buy you 18 threads for another character.

This what you can do is convert the new merits into threads on a different character.
