It should still be there according to ParagonWiki.
Since it is a villain only title, are you trying to set it on a non-Villain character? There are different titles for Hero, Villain, GR Resistance and GR Loyalist characters. -
You may want to post this down in the Multi-Media Fan Creations forum section.
That's where many of the artistic types tend to hang out the most. -
It should extend your time. I haven't activated any serial codes since Freedom launched but they've always extended the time in the past.
(I think I've activated all I can anyway on my main account) -
Hero Beam/Devices Blaster created when Freedom released for VIPs. First costume slot and second costume slot.

I use white as the secondary color in my Beam Rifle and I've not had trouble with it.

I run the game full-screen and use the Snipping Tool.
No problems at all with it. -

Open the NCLauncher but don't start the game.
Click File, Click Settings, click the Advanced tab. Put a checkmark in the box labeled Allow multiple instances of a game to be launched and click OK. Launch the game. Launch the second instance of the game.
You may want to put some strings in the Properties for the game in the Extra Settings field such as -maxinactivefps 5

If the main category doesn't total all of the sub-categories correctly than that is an error or bug. At least to me.
I'm not talking about the categories, I'm talking about the tabs at the top of the screen where other changes could be made. -

I always check the Remember Me box and it never does. Luckily, I have an addon that fills in form data for me so it's a quick click. On my laptop I don't even have to click anything, I just use the fingerprint scanner to log in. -
They issued the tokens because they moved the head pieces around, which is a forced change.
There could be fees on the tabs we can't see. -

The cookie has been set to 8 hours of inactivity AFAIK. This is as far out as it will be set.
Now, if I close the browser and open it back up, I'm logged out and Remember Me doesn't Remember Me. Luckily, I have some addons that remember form data. It's rather quick to get logged in. -

Turn off the firewall temporarily and see if you can connect. If you can, then you don't have all of the right files allowed in the firewall. If you can't, it's something else blocking it.
If it's the firewall, make sure that NCLauncher.exe is allowed as well as NCAccess. You may also want to allow CityofHeroes.exe

Someone had this problem a while back and I think the problem was with corrupted character information.
Exit out of the game completely. Navigate to the installation directory for the game. Open the folder with your username. Delete the playerslots.txt file that is in this folder.
Relaunch the game. It should now let you get the character list. Your characters will be in the default slots and you can move them around if you want to. The playerslots.txt file will be recreated when you do this. -
