Why wouldn't you make hard/secure backups of any data that was important to you?

What about To hit debuffers
I assume no change for them, even though ED gutted thier ability. -
How about those fixes to damage debuff, Accuracy debuff and Defense in the pvp setting you guys keep putting off.

Seeing as I don't have endurance problems solo or teaming using a 3 slot build on test. AND I have vigilance on my dark miasma defenders... AND I have room to slot endred in all my powers now.. why would I be excited about this again?
Oh and if you have been testing this since march, why didn't you include this in your original post there bucko? -
Acc Debuff is a form of defense too!

SIMPLE QUESTION: Does this apply to dark miasma's To hit debuffing powers?
Because honestly in the Level 50 game dark miasma's ability of To-hit debuff simply doesn't work...
Conduct a brawl with a scrapper with Focused accuracy.. Or even a defender with a six slotted tactics..
You will see hit rates of 90% even while under every to hit debuff the set can muster..... -
Erratic if it is taking you longer than 20-25 seconds to kill what ever you are fighting on one tarpach and have the opportunity to use another.. then honestly I dunno what is wrong with your build.
I rarely outside of AV encounters every start a battle and have it go on long enough that I can throw down another tarpatch/Freezing rain, to finish the fight. -
Stacking Tar patch is relatively a myth outside of AV encounters/Herding...
Honestly if your team takes longer than 23 seconds to wipe out a spawn of foes, then you are on a bad team...
Heck solo I can kill quite a large group of foes BEFORE tar parch refreshes.
The usual mode of play is that I slot tar patch to refresh quickly because I will need it for the next set of mobs long before the last expires, and need to cast it elsewhere. -
Tar patch and Freezing rain are Spawned pets fyi.
That is why it is different.
You can't just move the tar patch whenever you want....
Even fully slotted recharge there will be times when your group is ready to move on, and you rez debuff isn't
Enervating field is always ready to go.. group to group..
Tar patch won't affect mobs that ARE ALREADY FLYING so that is another negative...
I am not saying these changes are right but I am saying Tar patch and Freezing rain are different types of debuffs. -
Ice arrow is a 1:1 ration hold (recharge:duration)
You just nerfed petrifying gaze to 2:1.
Either change Ice arrow to 2:1 or roll back petrifying gaze to 1:1.

You know not everyone is lazy who cannot get hami-os.
Some don't have good enough computers to handle the raids.
Others work when the major raids take place ( AND YES SOME PEOPLE WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK, THANK YOU). And finally think timezones. On Virtue all week people have been raiding at 1 pm Eastern.... Sorry but even people with reasonable work schedules can't make that time, and Hami has not be respawning before midnight est the next day.... -
How about a nice thread in the Dev corner that discusses Ice/Stone/Dark Armor....
Maybe get some Developer input on the changes you are thinking of implimenting down the line, whenever you finish with the more important content like:
New boombox music.
Tweaking down scrappers in general.
Epic Powers
New art for missions etc...
Making the dismal firetanks better...
Stuff that is way more important than sets that are fundementally subpar in comparison to what is found in the rest of your game.
