I wouldn't have bothered posting it here. If you post just about any name here along with a question of whether it's offensive, someone is bound to find a reason it's offensive. I'd just make the character and if it gets modded so be it. The key part of the rule Forbin quoted is whose sole and absolute discretion is involved. We can make educated guesses about which way their discretion will go, but at the end of the day those are just guesses. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Easy to call it 'powerful' for a blueside player, but I guess you guys are known for your sentimentality (and replacing the letter g with an apostrophe, apparently?) but us Villains are pretty freaking angry that we had to watch a level 20 contact with a purple-maroon generic used car salesman costume, and ponytail to boot, kill Statesman, while our decked out 50+3 Villains with the DPS to solo level 54 Heroes (which I planned on doing, I was all set to solo Statesman and kill him at 54x8 the moment that part of the SSA launched) had to watch him die in a freaking cut-scene.
We wanted to kill Statesman with out bare hands. We don't care about hero sentimentality like this thread. Yes, I'm pesudo-RPing at you, and no I don't RP at all. -
Alice falling down the rabbit hole made me giggle for the rest of the trailer. I enjoyed that scene in-game, but the rabbit-hole aspect never struck me until this trailer.

Actually all versions of psionic tornado have a 50% chance for 1.4 knockup, meaning that any non-resistant enemy that isn't something like +5 to you should be ragdolled. In practice it's kind of iffy whether the game is going to decide that you've earned ragdoll KU or whether you merely deserve the old flip animation. What you can't take away from it, though, is that using PT on grey NPCs is a recipe for impromptu yogic soaring.
If you wanted to avail yourself of psionic tornado, I personally recommend it in fortunata, dominator or controller form. These are the ATs that can unload such aoes in melee range with some amount of reliable mez protection, and as a bonus they tend to have more cause than most blasters, defenders and corruptors to be in melee range in the first place. -
But what about dual wielded trebuchets?

Jolting Chain is fun. But it's not as fun as the AoE Knockup power that exists in the game in my imagination.

For my part, I'm not playing it immediately because I played the demo and lost what vestiges of interest I had in the series. I may rent it some day or grab it from a bargain bin just to finish the story. Maybe.
