  1. Solution; unlock them from character creation. Having the BASIC level of a costume piece locked behind an accolade is bloody stupid, always has been and always will be until it's changed to something less obnoxious.
  2. There is not enough /SIGNED in the world for this one. Make it so.

Won't work, you have to be by the Transporter for the TP effect to trigger.

Same 'reason' as walk not being at level 1, I think; they don't want to over-clutter the power trays. I personally find that a lame reason, but whatever.

Only use Human form for Seekers, which KO a mob in one shot anyway. Swap to Dwarf Form for melee which is all KD, and then fly over the mob with Nova so that KB becomes KD anyway.

Blame players who are incompetent, not the powers

Yeah, but the WS has been 'better' at 20, when he got double Mire, and then 22 when he got Stygian Circle, and then 32 with Fluffies and then 38 was 'Ok, I'm awesome' with Eclipse. My PB will be getting Light form at 38 and...that's it, really. That's all the cool stuff done. The rest of the powers are gap-fillers while slots go in other stuff.

Personally I love both Kheldians, now that I'm used to them a bit more and the Devs added some fixes to them.

Yes, because a subscription based analogy is perfectly suitable for one-off purchases like these.

    Oh. Wait. No it's not.

Because everything revolved around changing Granite and making the set not, and I paraphrase here; "31 levels of suck for 18 levels of overpoweredness."

Castle did not consider Stone balanced. But there would have to be Dev authorised breaking of the cottage rule to 'fix' the set. Which left them with a dilemma that never got solved, because Castle then left.

Hey! I object to not making that list! I have a Villain rep to keep up here!

WS's are, arguably, more numerically badass than PBs. I know that I can solo on x8 with my WS while my PB certainly cannot. Admittedly the WS is 50 while the PB is 30-something, but still.

This. If I'm putting down real cash for something, it damn well better we certain I get what I'm aiming for. There's a REASON I don't buy 'lucky-dip' style *anything* in real life. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Yup. Changes to models in the Base-edit interface and the base itself.
    What does that require?

    You guessed it;
    Code changes.

  16. You should see some of the bases I've seen, then. They already have multi-floors, usually made from various objects bolted together

Not a picture perfect fix, but it does the job

Eh, I just personally don't agree with the call-outs made on Kheldians, especially with the recent buffs (lord knows they were needed, mind), especially when some I0 powersets are still languishing where they got left...like Stone armour with it's 'all defences, except one Res armour and a completely out of place tier 9' or Ice armour.

I mean, when was the last time you saw a Stone or Ice tank? They used to be relatively common, until a slew of powersets that were 1)Up to date with mechanics and activation/end costs etc and, 2) simply bloomin' better.

Then again, considering how really lazy some people are, I don't think bank missions would be farmed that much. Some idiots want to stand around doing nothing for maximum gain.

    "Looking for free farm"
    "Can somebody please farm me?"
"Please! I need a free farm I have to gain a few levels"
"Paying 300 mill per run from level 1-50"

    Catch my drift?
I think you missed the part where we already argued about that
  19. The only character I have a problem with KB on is my Peacebringer...because I hate using Seekers or Solar Flare (human) and having the mobs I'm trying to kill scatter. I don't care about the team, it annoys *me*, especially given Dwarf Flare is KD. I refuse to waste a slot on it, though, so I'll just have to tough it out.

Seriously, I sometimes think Paragon borrowed some suits from EA or something

-Since one heal is an ally heal and one is a self heal, it's more like one heal either way. Neither of them are good.
-You can't make an attack chain out of two 'great' melees. Trust me, I tried.
-You need more than a single res toggle to have any sort of staying power.
-Blasts actually aren't very good. They do chain, though.
-I tried them, the AoEs aren't very good either.
-Inherent flight's not that much of a bonus these days, since every build can spare a slot for a travel power and even the ones that don't can get Ninja Run.
-Photon Seekers are pretty good, but that's one good, unique power in twenty-seven.
-Actually there's two, and I can tell you aren't even very good as a Peacebringer because you didn't take it into account, Light Form is pretty great nowadays but doesn't really make up for the rest.
    Picking apart the pick-apart;

-Essence Boost (Dull Pain clone) and Reform Essence (Self Heal). That's two solid heals and a +HP power. The ally heal is just a bonus.

-Dwarf form has melee too. You can chain the Dwarf and human attacks easily now that transformation is instant.

-Dwarf form disagrees. Coupled with Essence Boost? Really disagrees.

-Nova form. Human form ranged attacks are just gap fillers.

-AoEs, see above. Nova AoE is fast and powerful.

-Inherent still saves power picks and don't need slotting. Which, admittedly, is good given the tightness of Kheld builds.

-Light Form should, admittedly, go without saying now.

I steered clear of suggesting Peacebringers in my opening post, because technically speaking they aren't a powerset, but Peacebringers are pretty rubbish. You also didn't mention the tons of often hard to control knockback. Depending on your build they can play like a poorly built Blaster or an even worse Scrapper, and the only real way to salvage it is to turn into a Blaster with very few blasts and Overload.
Only if you have a really shoddy build, sure. And, y'know, don't maximise full and righteous abuse of Nova and Dwarf form. I personally only really use Human form for heals, ally heals and Photon Seekers (not quite got LF yet), the majority of my damage and survivability coming from swapping often between Nova and Dwarf form.

Warshades are pretty good though if you get the build and timing right.
    Pretty good....Oh child...
  23. Invul/Energy Tank, ironically enough given the OP

Would have been a hell of a lot quicker if I'd had Judgement unlocked at that point, but once I hit my stride having Cardiac T3 was all I needed. Trying to play a game of attrition with an Invul Tank is a bad idea
  24. Given the apparent unyielding nature of 'No, you WILL buy these packs to get stuff (i.e. the costumes) and you will LIKE it!', I see this as a decent idea. If I have to buy the blasted things, at least allow me to get something I, personally, like for my money.

Oh gods, please, PLEASE, I will PAY to have female hats with more hair options. I honestly don't care about the work load, to still have those out-dated abominations in the CC is....just, ugh.
