Not to sound ungrateful but how exactly will this help the Dominators situation? The entire problem is that because of Domination's temporary godliness we're forced to be toned down to the point of less than medicore so we won't be overpowered.
This tweak, despite being nice, is just an "eye candy" to be put in the patch notes, it doesn't solve the problem at hand at all, it even increases it by making Dominators even more powerful while in Domination mode. -
Kudos to you Cryptic for making such a great game!
In ups and downs, this game has always been great and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
P.S: Thank you thank you thank you for those Council vs. 5th Column rows, never had I enjoyed so much while reaching the debt cap (from no debt whatsoever) in 1 hour! -

Not long ago I finished a story arc about a 5th column agent that is being sent forward in time in order to collect information and then return to his present, our past, this means time travel IS possible in the CoHverse.
And now to the day dreaming: Imagine having a story where you FAIL a mission (yes, you FAIL, even Superheroes have their bad days) and then you must go back in time to either:
A ) Help yourself in order to achieve victory.
B ) Return with vital information that will enable you to stop said event before it even started. -

I too, really want to be able to do that, I bought the game through the internet which I believe is counted as the US version and needing to buy the Euro version just to get to the european servers will really annoy me, I had to scrape money for the first version, I can't afford another! :P -

Actually, if I really did mindless street sweeping I would have more use for Controllers since only then the groups are strong enough to need some sort of Crowd Control.
A couple more questions:
What about the repetitive sounds for powers?
In Issue 2 you took out the sound loops for some powers yet some powers still retain their obnoxiously migraine causing sounds (Targeting Drone, DA powers, Super Speed, etc' etc')
Will something be done about Aura/Power trails?
Falling down after jumping a big jump while SS is on covers the entire screen with horrible golden sparks of doom and without going waaaay out or into 1st person it can cause severe headaches.
Is there something planned to increase Controllers' effectiveness and/or decrease the need for a party? -
Statesman, are you looking into increasing Endurence/Endurence Regen in the higher levels to allow players without Stamina be able to fight for more than 2 fights in a row before they need a break?
What about the power pool fear? Controllers are already not very necessary in teams at the higher levels simply because most mobs die before that and now with the fear change across the board and the fear powers available to all it'll be like giving everyone better crowd control, except for the controllers. -

All Archetypes CAN solo. Some do it slowly, some do it quickly. Some can solo most missions, some can solo fewer missions. And worse comes to worse - a hero can always hunt the streets and stop some crime there. That was always the intent of city zones.

Not really Statesman, my Earth/Storm controller has 2 attacks that can be used to kill something, 1 is Brawl and the other is Fossilize, one does 15 damage, the other 6, the mobs my level have around 13 times the amount of damage I can dish out in one "volley" of such incredible damage prowess.
The problem is that you seem to think that killing 2 -1 mobs in 5 minutes is soloing, even though slowly while others take this as unreal numbers, imagine how much time I would've needed to solo to get another bubble, or dear lord, a LEVEL!
I love my Controller, I very extremely entirely love him but the fact that in order to get any mission done in less than 2 hours I need to group hinders my variaty of options, this, IMO means that soloing is impossible, soloing when the amount of time it takes to kill reaches such an extreme amount means it's impossible to group and Controllers are FORCED to group.
And on a side note: I love City of Heroes (But it doesn't mean problems do not exist)
