I keep forgetting to setup my stuff to sell in my haste to do missions.
I really need to stop running tips' missions and do that for a while tonight and clear out some of my dusty enhancement bins but it still looks like the recipes sell better than the enhancements due to the new GUI. -

Sounds like that vampire cloud thing from the original Star Trek TV series. IIRC it sparkled.

Quote:I wondered if they increased capacity on any besides Freedom and Virtue the past few years too.So the official QQ Club list is currently as follows, yes?
Freedom
Virtue
Union
Justice
Infinity
C'mon all you other slackers.
Seriously though, that's five out of fifteen total servers. Thirty percent of the game servers are experiencing stress loads enough to require server queues. I've seen the remainder of the NA servers go yellow--can we get a tally of who's gone red, but hasn't queued yet?
And we need more screenshots.
Note to NC Marketing, you might want to get some numbers of how many of us there are on since GR and do a little bragging on it. -

I stumbled across that last night and had a good laugh.
I read it as someone possibly my age or even a little younger saying "In my day comic superheroes were good. You kids get off my lawn!"
But I do wonder how well jobs to make silly assertions pay. -
Quote:Your understanding is wrong. VEATs and Kheldians cannot be rolled up in Praetoria. He means real capes. Arachnos soldiers have capes at level 1. And with GR allowing side switching, you can make a Praetorian Soldier hero with a cape already! At least that's my understanding. I havn't gone to pick my GR up yet.
And the Arachnos capes are tied to the Arachnos costume slot with minimal customization allowed.
That said, I've always wanted capes at level 1. Odds are that already 6 years old war will never be won. -

Quote:Technically, yes, but I was intentionally not speaking of that when I said "heroic". Probably I should have used the capital "Heroic".
While it is possible to be heroic in Praetoria, I personally feel the environment itself precludes the labels that would cause you to not consider Zombies and Demons all that "heroic". The environment itself is grey enough that you could be using such demonic powers to "do good" as a matter of course.
Plus, what Obscure Blade said was awesome.
Infernal might disagree with you about demon summoning. -
Quote:Indeed. How many comic book examples of identical powers were one is good and one evil do we need to bring up to make this point?Technically, you can start as a Praetorian mastermind who goes heroic, and never be a villain.
While I'm here, I'd like to add one more thought. Powers are not inherently good or evil. The user is what decides that.
Lightning Lad - Lightning Lord
Flash - Professor Zoom
Captain Marvel (Shazam) - Black Adam -
I wish they would add one contact for villains with new missions at each of the 5 levels' increments. Even if they only added 1 arc of 3-5 missions for each. They could skip the 20s for a while just because we got the new stuff for that recently but certainly something in the other ranges would be welcome especially 1-5.

Rogues can access Paragon City and join hero and vigilante teams. They can initiate Radio missions and safeguards in Paragon City. Villains cannot do any of this.
Villains get villain merits and access to The Crucible (villain lounge). Rogues do not.
Heroes get hero merits and access to Fort Trident (hero lounge). Vigilantes do not.
Vigilantes can access the Rogue Isles and join villain and rogue teams. They can initiate Paper missions and mayhems in the Rogue Isles. Heroes cannot do any of this.
Each of the 4 get a different alignment power after 7 days at their alignment. -

Quote:People who only play on one server pay the same subscription as people who play on several. And how many people would be so upset by server mergers that they would actually quit the game? What percentage do you think that would be? Do you think it would be significant enough to keep NCSoft from doing it? Consider that the majority of those people most likely play on the lowest population servers. During regular periods when there isn't a new release, how many of those servers would you have to add together to equal the population of Freedom or Virtue alone? Three? The four lowest would be my guess, and that's assuming everybody on those servers does not want mergers. I would guess that at the most they would lose a few hundred subs due to ragequit if servers were merged. Roughly equal to the number of PvPers that left after issue 13, and we all know how much NCSoft cared about them now don't we? And lets be honest, if the servers were reduced by three, any new players wouldn't even know that there were three fewer servers than there was at this point in time. All they would know is that there sure seems to be alot of people around.
Again, not saying they should do it, especially in light of the success that GR is showing right now. In 4-6 months we will have a better idea of the future of the game. People with yearly subs might want to rethink their decision.
Therefore a person only playing on Freedom = a person only playing on Protector = a person who will play on any of the servers (me). All those subs pay to keep all the servers running and new content.
But if they merged and ganked many of my alts, I'd take my 3 accounts and walk.
How much do those servers cost to maintain? If it is less than the guesstimated number of cancelled accounts then why should they do it.
And I will repeat all the idiots, yes idiots, who think the servers should be merged better use the free transfers this time when it is working and go to Freedom and Virtue and stop their incessant whining about the low pop servers.
Because I only have one thing to say: If you want servers merged then transfer to Freedom or Virtue now and shut up. -

Make sure it is your City of Heroes' account and password not your NCSoft master account and password?

Johnny Cash was already taken on his server.
