Here's an idea. Costume Merits. Add a vendor that let's you convert other merits (merits,vangaurd, ae tickets) and holloween salvage into Costume Merits that can be used to buy all those unlockabes and/or give access to the temp (with perm option) costumes.

I have three Praetorians.
Apex Vegan is well I'll be honest shes a rip on Evil Ex 3 from Scott vs the World. Shes a loyalist that buys in the whole better future PR line and wants to do 'whats best' for the world.
MU Outcast (a rehash of an old idea) Is a line of mu that unlocked her powers via science in Praetoria and is working for the resistance.
HK-9000 (because someone out there has HK-47) is a Clockwork with plans to rule the world with his robot minions. -
I have this same issue. Also my originally available slots are now unavailable and my 2 pending redeems for slots is missing. This is across all servers. I was able to make a few new characters early last night but now my Virtue character select pages show all unused slots as unavailable even though I have characters on slots on all three pages. (I like to keep it Heroes/WIP/Villains.)

Let me try to clarify the misunderstanding. My post was specifically in regards to when the City of Heroes Going Rogue Complete Collection, and the Complete Collection Item Pack would be available for purchase from the NCsoft store tomorrow.

Hopefully the "Extras" pack will be on the store tomorrow. Was looking forward to some of them costume options that are in the box copy/extras pack only.

The costume pack would be nice... don't really care about the mini pet idea. But I could get behind the idea of a fan service costume pack for those con only and/or contest only costumes. Just release a few month after the con/contest so that they still have a specialness for the guys that got them early.

Wow angry much? Look venting publicly is really not going to correct the issues with the server. Well at lest not how your venting. Bringing the issue to light in a public forum can be helpful but normally you want to do that in a rational manner.
