IIRC, use the full name of the inspiration, replacing spaces with underscores. For example, use Insight, Keen_Insight and Uncanny_Insight to differentiate between small, medium and large.

You can also click the "A" that's to the right of Fonts and Sizes on the top of the editor.
I do suggest picking your colors carefully, because what you think may look good to you, may be hard for someone else to read. Especially if they don't use the same forum skin as you do. -

I usually get my badge in Firebase Zulu in the Point Foxtrot, Tango and X-Ray areas. But I'm usually working on both Overseers and False Nemesis. I believe there are plenty at Point Bravo as well.

You can either sell that old salvage on the market or convert it into Brain Storms. The brain storm idea salvage can then be converted to random invention salvage.
You might check the prices on the old salvage. Some of it is very rare and collectors might pay quite a bit for it.
Also, if you convert it to brain storms, don't do Random Tech or Random Arcane salvage rolls. Just do the plain "All" rolls ("All Common/Uncommon/Rare Rolls"). You'll get much more salvage that way and have a better chance of something valuable. -

CCPodPerson was corrected to CCEnergyMorph. And your first costume slot is slot 0 for purpose of costume changes and counts up from there. -

The midnighter and arachnos costumes are only stealth vs midnighters and arachnos respectively, though. Anything else will see you just fine and proceed to attempt to beat the stuffing out of you.

Freedom has the biggest population and Virtue is the RP server. Blue side, scrappers are a good beginning class and red side, try a brute.

In the micro scale you are correct, the fee lowers profit margins which limits what gets sold and pushes prices up. However in the macro scale Transhade is arguably correct (although I suspect not for the reasons he thinks). The market fee is the only reliable Inf sink in the game, if it was gone then very little inf would leave the game and we would get inflation driving prices even higher with more and more items selling off market.

Real life example of this. Remember a couple years ago when gas was going upwards of $4/gallon? Food prices starting going up, because the "Fee" (in this case, increased cost of gas) involved was just passed on to the consumer. -
Check the Paragon Wiki for the damage the various enemies dish out. For example, a CoT Defender has 2 attack powers and they do Lethal and Negative energy damage, though in different amounts.

What brought you to the conclusion that it was GMs doing it? If it's a player, using Teleport Foe, it should show up in the combat log (though I could be wrong). Turn your chat log on.
A GM will have an underscore "_" in their name and I don't believe that it would show up in the log if they port you. -
