IIRC, use the full name of the inspiration, replacing spaces with underscores. For example, use Insight, Keen_Insight and Uncanny_Insight to differentiate between small, medium and large.

RUSH the RIKTI!!

I've been AFK visiting family and friends and hitting Gen Con, but I should be back for this Wednesday night .
3. You might want to ask in the Mission Architect: Resources, Discussion & Questions forum. If you don't get a response here, they're much more likely to be able to help.
4.

You can also click the "A" that's to the right of Fonts and Sizes on the top of the editor.

I do suggest picking your colors carefully, because what you think may look good to you, may be hard for someone else to read. Especially if they don't use the same forum skin as you do.

Yep, you can change location every day, hour or minute if you really, really want to and it's all cumulative.

Also. Idle question. Does it count only time when you're logged out, or is time when you're logged in but just sitting there count?
Only logged out time, not idle or afk time.

Gimp is an excellent piece of software, but for quick and simple edits like you mention here, I usually use Irfanview. While it is technically a photo viewer, it has plenty of simple editing ability.

Don't forget your Second Build as a possible option rather than buying a respec recipe.
8. I thought I recognized your voice, Kid.

I was in the front row, 3rd seat left of the center.

If you're planning on getting into the con and not just go to the Hard Rock, I hope you already have tickets, they sold out months ago.
13. I usually get my badge in Firebase Zulu in the Point Foxtrot, Tango and X-Ray areas. But I'm usually working on both Overseers and False Nemesis. I believe there are plenty at Point Bravo as well.

Old salvage?

You can either sell that old salvage on the market or convert it into Brain Storms. The brain storm idea salvage can then be converted to random invention salvage.

You might check the prices on the old salvage. Some of it is very rare and collectors might pay quite a bit for it.

Also, if you convert it to brain storms, don't do Random Tech or Random Arcane salvage rolls. Just do the plain "All" rolls ("All Common/Uncommon/Rare Rolls"). You'll get much more salvage that way and have a better chance of something valuable.
15. This should do it:
/bind Q "CCE 0 CCRapidBoil"
/bind W "CCE 1 CCDimensionShift"
/bind E "CCE 2 CCEnergyMorph"

CCPodPerson was corrected to CCEnergyMorph. And your first costume slot is slot 0 for purpose of costume changes and counts up from there.

I haven't tested it lately, but that wasn't true of the Arachnos costume when it first came out. I was happily dancing among freakshow at the time on a Sister Psyche tf.

New to CoH

Freedom has the biggest population and Virtue is the RP server. Blue side, scrappers are a good beginning class and red side, try a brute.

Yeah, I can agree with that.

Yeah, you can call it column D. I've stacked it with stealth IO and Cloaking device. It's 25' of stealth that doesn't suppress. If you have a hostage to escort, it interferes terribly with that.

I would say you have it backwards. The fee acts to raise prices slightly, in order to compensate for the loss of profit margin.

Real life example of this. Remember a couple years ago when gas was going upwards of $4/gallon? Food prices starting going up, because the "Fee" (in this case, increased cost of gas) involved was just passed on to the consumer.
23. Check the Paragon Wiki for the damage the various enemies dish out. For example, a CoT Defender has 2 attack powers and they do Lethal and Negative energy damage, though in different amounts.

Agreed, this is much more likely than GMs doing it.

What brought you to the conclusion that it was GMs doing it? If it's a player, using Teleport Foe, it should show up in the combat log (though I could be wrong). Turn your chat log on.

A GM will have an underscore "_" in their name and I don't believe that it would show up in the log if they port you.
