This is the most likely reason. Yesterday, I got into a couple trials quickly. Today, while doing other stuff I queued up and it was over half an hour before a trial popped on me.

How do you do this? I know you can right click->info people to maybe see it, but that's only if they've set it to be visible. Most people I've check have it hidden.

There is a level slider at the top. It only works on direct purchases and not random rolls.

I'm pretty sure it is hero/villain related. Trusting for Heroes, Arriviste for Villains.

The option to "Send the Malleus Mundi to MAGI" has not been one of my 5 choices. And I have run the tips multiple times.
I'm guessing that you're a villain then. Arriviste is for villains, Trusting is for heroes. You can only have one or the other. If you switch sides, you'll get the option for the other, but it will replace the first one. You can't have both.

When we exited the trial, we all went back to our original zones. They were all different.

It's the entire server. I queued up the other day on my rogue and joined a team with a villain and two heroes, all from different zones.
  7. It's not possible using just the in game commands, you would need an external program. You might take a look at the Guide to Random Phrases! thread and see if that could be adapted to your purpose.

I'll agree that doing this in a populated area is bad, but the spawns do despawn after about 2 minutes and there are plenty of unpopulated places where you could do this without causing problems to other people.

I'd have to disagree with that. While there is a lot of dreck and farms in AE, there are some really good gems in there. It's just so hard to find them.

As I said above, it's tier 6 to create.

    From the wiki page

    Tier 6 Bonus
Unlock Requirement: 20 reward tokens earned.
Owning 20 Reward Tokens grants the following: Lifetime access to all aspects of Mission Architect (create, test, publish [includes three story slots] and play),

Tier 2 can run AE missions without any rewards. Tier 4 can run AE with rewards. Tier 6 can run missions with rewards and created their own.

Panzerwaffen's image means he's getting the popcorn ready for the possible fireworks to follow. AE farms are a hot button issue in the game. Some people run them and get up to level 50 really quick, but have no clue how to play their character and have really bad power choices.

Play the way you want, but if you do go into AE, come out every now and then and figure out how the rest of the game works.

This has been my experience. I had 8 on my fire tank and noticed no difference between it and the 4 pts I had on my squishies.
  16. Lately, I've been getting multiple salvage drops and I can't figure out why. I'm not logging these characters out in day jobs that get salvage drops (Universities for Professor and Midnighter Club for Midnighter) and these drops aren't coming at the mission complete anyway. Sometimes it's not even in the mission. I've checked my auto powers and can't see anything else there that might be giving extra drops. Three of the pics below were bosses, but one was a minion. Two gave tip drops in addition, but the other two didn't.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening or do you think it's simply a bug?

Heh, don't mind me, I was too slow. I was busy reading, researching, getting the screenshot when Chad Gulzow-Man was already posting.
  18. Uh... Aaron Thiery's arc is right there at the top, completed. It's "Reason To Fight".

Compare this pic to the one on the Wiki Page.

  19. I'll be glad to help out. It's certainly easier now with incarnate abilities especially.

    From Help.NCSoft.com updated 2011-09-29

"Although they are labeled for specific games, PlayNC/NCsoft game time cards are usable on any of our games. However, you must use a game time card specific to the territory of your game account. You can use a City of Heroes, City of Villains, Aion, Lineage II, or generic PlayNC/NCsoft Game Time Card for any of those games."

They have Aion Gamecards, not time cards. As mentioned on that link,

"NOTE: Game cards are not the same as game time cards. Game cards can only be used as indicated on the packaging. "
  21. I have Savior of Atlas Park on my main who was vigilante at the time (currently villain to get the other badges). I didn't have a problem at the time but this was through Ouro.

Is the Game folder in the logs folder? That's the folder where the chat logs are actually located. For some reason I faintly recall having a similar problem once and that the game did not recreate the Game folder on its own. Creating a Game folder fixed it.
  23. Here's a related question. If you do SSA 1 on blue side, then switch to red side, do you get a first time bonus for doing the red side SSA 1?
