Great guide Bill, I was bound and determined to make a Human only build just because I dont like the look of Bright Nova. Even with glint eye,radi blast,radi strike and vet staff powers and sands of Mu I still did'nt have the damge to solo properly.I read your guide and used a vet respec and took Nova....and wow what awesome difference.I will wait till lvl 22, use another vet respec then try for Human only.

Yeah, the PB was +1 (lvl 53) to the Rikti. I still thought it was impressive, so could a Human PB do the same thing? I've never played PB but I remember being told they do defender lvl damage solo.

No, The Transcended never changed form...I just wanted Dwarf in my build for the mez protection.

In the Rikti War Zone last night I saw a PPD Transcended Boss solo a group of 10 Rikti that had 3 bosses in it and defeated them with little effort.To say the least I was amazed...
With that being said, is it possibile to make a Human/Dwarf only build that will be that tough?I have never rolled a PB before and would like some help with a build please.My budget for this project would be 1-2 billion. Thanks for any help

Hello all, I have a quick question about Targeting Drone.Is it worthwhile to put Gaussian's Synchronized Fire-Control chance for build up in one of my slots?

Personaly I like Charged Bolts, It's fast decent damage that can be fired while held.You could always take it instead of Lightning Field.

I'm trying to gather all the influence I have on Freedom to put on one toon.I can't seem to get any more than 2 billion, Is this normal for a lvl 3 toon or does it scale up as I lvl?

Without a Build-up or Aim in either set, I'm wondering if anyone has tried running Assault to help with damage. This will be my second attempt at a AR/Dev in 5 yrs as I mostly play Tanks and Controllers.Thanks for any help I might get.

Oopps, my bad on the mistake, you are absolutely right.I have my Temp Prot 5 sloted (4 Reactives and the Steadfast %3 def).

Before you can get a S/L capped Def build a Fire/ tank lives or dies by the performance of Healing Flames.Temp Protection gives a nice %20 slow resist combined w/ Winters Gift %20 slow resist IO (which is easy to come by this time of year)makes sure HF is always up when you need it.Temp Prot is also a nice place to put another 5 reactive armors for the S/L def.
