    Just going to say, I think you have too many attacks. Personally, I would drop Thorn barrage since Impale does more damage at longer range anyways.
  3. Hmmm, I think that is pretty doable. But first I need to follow the Rule of 5 in my build, gonna have to lose some 3% damage boost and trade them for 2.5% damage boost and some acc/recharge.
  4. Star_Eater, I am well aware of bodyguard mode, Masterminds have an AWESOME amount of defense especially paired with their debuffs. They also do OK damage, but thats not the point. Masterminds are practically IMMOBILE. They are like tank of the battle field. (VEHICLE tank, not the AT). Sure they are tough, and you damn better stay away from them. Which is exactly what they do.

    ANYONE with half a brain can just COMPLETELY AVOID a MM in a pvp zone, so they do. Which results in the MM not getting many kills at all.
  5. Stone armor is great, sure. If you don't mind being slow as hell, doing less damage, and having less RECHARGE, which you will already need ridiculous amounts of to sustain this attack chain.

    I invite brutes to my team because I know they will keep the team at a fast pace. If they don't, then I will not invite them again.

    You honestly plan on playing ONLY one toon for that long?

    Play your scrapper when you want to make money or pvp, play your dom when your bored of your scrapper and theres no good PVP going on.

    Oh and everyone should have a villain and hero pvp toon to keep the zones balenced.

    Seconded. I have experience with a Energy/WP stalker and its done me pretty good. Elec melee is THE BEST primary because Thunderstrike does as much damage as total focus, but when it crits it crits for FULL DAMAGE instead of total focus's 1/4 damage critical (about 50 damage unenhanced), however TS only has one half chance to crit.
  11. Don't got that much money, but after I make my first cheaper build I might respec into a more expensive build (more purps n pvpIOs) later once I have more inf.
  12. Theres not much MORE KB protection I can get out of this build, alex. Every travel power has BOTZ, every res and def power has KB protection, the only thing I can do is slot Power Push differently.

    The empty slot in psidart is for pvpIO proc, zephyrs are just there for base bonuses,

    I'm gonna have another build up in a couple of days when I have time to rework it
  15. Umm...while I appreciate the criticism...
    I've pvp'd with my Sonic blaster with SO's, acrobatics, and 2 KB IO's for months and the only thing that knocks me down are KO blow and powerpush really. Sorry alexandros but that was kind of dumb.

    OH, and you only read the GLOBAL BONUSES of my KB protection. I have 38.5 KB protection, not 28. I have acrobatics.

    Anyone else wanna give some constructive criticism?

    This build solid for zone and arena? Looks pretty good but if there are any changes to be made can someone help me out?

    Also: Normally I would have 2 pvp IO's on my 4 ranged attacks for a total of 22.5 range bonus, but I'd rather just stick a range IO in there for my wallet's sake.

    Help me out here peeps, want this toon to be ready for RV asap!

    Is it solid? I had some excess power picks so I chose Voltaic sentinal for the Soulbound bonus, Mass confusion for moar confuse bonus, took vengeance because once again I had nothing better to pick.

  18. 1. How long after being Knockbacked can you be knockbacked again?

    2. How long after being mezzed can you be mezzed again?

    2a. If I use the chain Dominate, Levitate, then Mesmerize, will the mezmerize mez the target or is it too soon after Dominate? What if I do Dominate, Levitate, Charged Bolts, THEN Mesmerize?

    3. How much does HP and Damage and Recharge get effected by DR? I have a build with about 40 damage boost on a Dom, what do you think it would be DR'd down to?

    4. How does telekinesis fare in pvp nowadays? What exactly will it do as a toggle hold?

    5. If I use mesmerize in my attack chain, wouldn't that sometimes make Dominates hold not work sometimes? Should I just switch Mesmerize for Lightning Bolt?

    If DR is set officially for OFF, and zones still have it ON, that means all serious pvp'rs need an arena build and a zone build to do both and have themselves have max potential in every environment.

    DR should be on so zones and arena pvp will have the same build.

  21. Yes on Power Push. Ranged, guarenteed knockback? If you do not take this power you should not be playing an energy blaster in pvp.
  22. I already have stealth IO, just seemed like ALOT of vills don't have much percecption these days, seemed like a worthwhile investment. Ah oh well still plays well enough w/o it.
