Psy/EM: Any good?

Umm...while I appreciate the criticism...
I've pvp'd with my Sonic blaster with SO's, acrobatics, and 2 KB IO's for months and the only thing that knocks me down are KO blow and powerpush really. Sorry alexandros but that was kind of dumb.
OH, and you only read the GLOBAL BONUSES of my KB protection. I have 38.5 KB protection, not 28. I have acrobatics.
Anyone else wanna give some constructive criticism?
The following questions really are questions, I'm planning this same build myself:
You haven't got a lot of accuracy in those attacks, and with no global acc, you're relying on tohit buff, which is badly hit by DR. Are you not concerned about that?
You don't have that much knock magnitude in power push. Wouldn't it make sense to go over 35 or so?
You could put that stealth IO in sprint
Are you really concerned about AoE defence or are those 3 zephyrs just there for base bonuses?
How useful is snowstorm in this era of PvP?
Again, these are the same concerns I'm dealing with.
I've been generally surprised at how very cheap it seems to be to build a blaster, as compared to what's suggested for some other ATs... so some playing around isn't that big a deal...

Let me just speak to the snowstorm question,you have to take snowstorm or flash freeze to get to the other powers in the cold.
And snowstorm is a more useful power for pvp.Now flash freeze is useful in the sense that you can slot a cheap purple set in it.
And yeah he could move the unused slot in psi dart to power thrust and add some more kb.
Edit:OP,after looking at more closely your build you have hit the "Rule of 5" twice,3% damage and 12% regen

The empty slot in psidart is for pvpIO proc, zephyrs are just there for base bonuses,

At the moment (and with i15 will go frombad to worse) 60% of villains play a dominator, 50% an /energy dominator.
Whats wrong with that? Isn't it the same as 60% of heroes playing a blaster?
And what are you "Naaah"ing about?
Point is /energy doms have a ranged kb.
So if u have 38 kb res u ll be kbed every time.
And if there are more dominitators there are more kbs also.
Anyway do what u want.
(And i think there are more scrappers than blasters heroes's side... but this is unimportant).
Theres not much MORE KB protection I can get out of this build, alex. Every travel power has BOTZ, every res and def power has KB protection, the only thing I can do is slot Power Push differently.

Could you put more KB resists in Acro? It can take two more to buff it up even more can't it?
You can only enhance Acro for two extra points - so you go from 9 to 11. Not really worth the extra slotting.

If you want more KB protection look into the PvP sets.
Don't got that much money, but after I make my first cheaper build I might respec into a more expensive build (more purps n pvpIOs) later once I have more inf.
You can get some of the kb bonuses on the cheap with the res set for pvpos. Just get the pieces that are 'garbage' end/rech res/rech and the like. Think I got my 6 pieces I slotted in hoarfrost and ice shield for around 9 million total.
I slotted hoarfrost with 3 numis heal, heal/end heal/rech and 3 res pieces res/rech end/rech and the tri for some reason was really cheap. That about caps heal rech and end and picks up some very nice bonuses.

Hmmm, I think that is pretty doable. But first I need to follow the Rule of 5 in my build, gonna have to lose some 3% damage boost and trade them for 2.5% damage boost and some acc/recharge.
You want about 42 kb protection with acro to stop from getting kb'ed.
6 slot your powerthrust with Kinetic Crashes for KB proctection and recharge bonues. Power Thrust has one of the highest kb mags in the game so if your opponent does not have adequate kb protection you can KB and kill.
Ice Mastery is horrible. Hibernate gets heal decayed, Hoarfrost is not worth the recharge time - snow storm is about the only good power (the shield is crap too).
Take Force Mastery and get PFF and Temp Invuln and go with the conealment pool and take all 4. 3 to slot kb procs (karma) and phase. You will want to put pvp ios in Mental Blaster and Psi Dart for the rest of your set bonuses. Purple out will dom and total focus and then 4 devastations + explosive strike proc in TK blast and 4 devastations and to interrups in Psi Lance.
Should be easy to build a psi em that cannot be kb'ed has high recharge and does decent dmg.
Yea I've gone PFF, and its only worth it if you have aidself. And even then, it really sucks. I've played flame, force, and ice, and ice is by far the best for pvp, duels and zones.
How is ice the best. The shield gives no crap resistance. Hoarfrost is not up fast enough to rely on it for a heal. Pff may have got the nerf bat but it is still a viable escape power that does not induce no phase like hibernate. Every pvp blaster I have known since 12 uses force.

This build solid for zone and arena? Looks pretty good but if there are any changes to be made can someone help me out?
Also: Normally I would have 2 pvp IO's on my 4 ranged attacks for a total of 22.5 range bonus, but I'd rather just stick a range IO in there for my wallet's sake.
Help me out here peeps, want this toon to be ready for RV asap!
