As to those who said pvp...PB's are SPECTACULAR in pvp if you build them right. Spend most of your time in nova, put some range/Damage HO's and some PVP IO's for plus range and you are looking at 175 ranged single target attacks from nova, doing great damage. Also PB has dull pain and reconstruction as well as phase. You can also get a heal from dwarf form and a strong melee attack if you dare to enter melee.

I find it funny how some folk refer to blasters HP capping with hoarfrost. Any decent blaster build is capped at 1606 anyway. Hoarfrost is a slow recharging heal.

You can go mind for hold + knockup...or you can go grav for a phase and tp foe/stun. Both is just being greedy :P

When I was talking about insps I was mostly refering to Tier 3's...cause that's not even your own toon if your at defense cap and resist cap at all times...

And while some people consider temps ok...sure! Just dont brag about how awesome you are at doing something ANYONE can do if they have enough temps and insps.

If you say you are slotted with good IO's then you are wrong, IOs bring shields from the worst to one of the best. Remember, while you are not as good as IO'd invuln or WP, you have AAO and SC.

LOL FELECIA! You say you solo AV's but true AV solo'rs dont need Shivs, nukes, HVAS, insps, etc. TRUE AV's solo'ers only brag when they do it on their own...not having heavies do all the dmg.

Will this power clear the map for all teammates as well? Only then would it be truly useful.
