If you do a Blue side Hami raid on Monday at 8:00 pm, and you do the Red side raid on Tuesday at 1:00 pm, you will get half merits and/or not be able to get the Hami-O reward (if you chose merits or the Hami-O the first raid) until the appropriate timer lapses.
For the purpose of rewards, they are the same "event" and subject to the same timer. -
I'm on the fence with this issue.
I think part of the reason that they are so cool and wanted is because there are only a limited number of them and they are difficult to acquire.
They seem like they're a defining part of conventions and M&Gs - basically a reason to show up.
Basically something becomes less special once everyone has access to it.
I mean, I would -love- a PPD Hardsuit code. But if everyone had one... I'm not so sure.
Anyway, that's my 2inf.
$10 a code seems like a fair price, but still... if everyone could buy them, I'm not so sure if I'd want them. -

Quote:Maybe 8:30ish? The timestamp on my video says 8:53pm but I think that's off. What time did they show the trailer? I got there at about 7:30, but there were no activities going on other than the people trying out Guild Wars 2 at the lower level. I saw Avatea at the swag corner and she said the Devs were downstairs, but I wasn't able to spot them. I was disappointed that there weren't any COH T-shirts. In fact, COH swag was noticeably lacking compared to the Lineage II and AION stuff. I only stayed for about 20 mins, though, since my legs were, and still are, killing me from walking around the Con all afternoon.

It was fun. I met some cool folks standing in line and hung out with them on and off for a couple of hours.
Shout outs to Mike and his wife Alice (I think, I'm bad with names!! Sorry!!), Rob, the Father/Son whose names I didn't catch, PVP dude and his wife(?) and South Hampton and Virgina ladies who don't play CoH LOL and anyone else I had the pleasure of speaking with!
The raffle felt kind of... rigged. I know it probably wasn't, but most of the people who won were standing right in front and they were mostly VIPs (Guild Wars had some kind of contest where you could get VIP status).
I also got a video of the i19 trailing but I was in the back as well.

Not the best quality because I was in the back also, but you can see most of it.
All in all, I'm glad I went. I left early because I'm not really much into the drinking/dancing scene, but either way, good job NC Soft! -
Less than 3 hours and counting to the M&G!
4:51pm train to Penn Station here I come! -

I need to get in on one of these CoP runs blue side...
Me wantz badge :3 -
A couple of friends were very much into the game. They had tried to get me to play for a while but my dislike for RPGs in general kept me away.
At the time, I had been playing mostly Starcraft/Starcraft: Broodwar (RTS) and Tribes/Tribes 2 (FPS).
My computer wasn't the greatest so I wasn't even sure I would be able to run it.
Long story short - my brother had an account and let me try it out.
4 months later I shelled out around $1,200 for a new PC and have been playing ever since.
There was another PC upgrade in the middle somewhere there.
First time I had actually upgraded a PC just for a game.
And I mean really, for ~$15/mo for basically unlimited entertainment, not a bad deal.
I've been playing since Issue5, and two accounts later, still going strong! -
My advice when it comes to builds is "Well, it depends on your play style."
I'm built for defense (AoE/Range).
In the process of doing that, I have more than decent accuracy and recharge buffs as well.
My play style is very aggressive - so I'm always up in the middle of things.
Also, in response to Hot Feet and the end hog that it is - no matter the slotting, it's still going to eat away from your end bar.
Transference basically makes this a moot point (in the later levels) so I 6-slotted Eradication for the set bonuses.
Anyways, back to what I originally said - Think about your play style and what you need to make your character fun/viable.
Then go from there. -
Just wondering if any of the regular raiders (or other folks I know) are attending the M&G in NYC.
There's a good chance I'll be attending but I hate going to these things solo when I don't know anyone!
I suppose I could walk around with a sign saying "LFT" but that would be too geeky even for me!

I'll be there!
Either on Zombie Fryer or Solar Enforcer.

The 2nd raid didn't feel slow. Went pretty good as far as I can tell.
With Blue vs Red raids on why Blue is more popular, I think it's a population issue. Although, I think as the months go on, we should be seeing more Vigilantes/Rogues so maybe more people will show up to the Red raids.
The Hive does seem a bit "easier" to work in compared to the Abyss though.
Need moar jello!!

Sunday's raid was fun.
First time I've seen a 50% push actually work.
Sorry I missed yesterday's raid - wasn't feeling so good so I decided to sleep it off.
Will be there tonight for the blue side raid

I'll try to attend. No promises though ^.~

Hrm. I'm not a raid leader but I generally lead Assault Teams during the Hami Raids.
Does that count?

Quote:This. For the most part, I kinda figured that (Respec to get Inherents) would be the case Castle. So just to be clear:
- If a Character Respecs after I19 goes live and has Fitness Pool Powers in the pre-Respec build, will the Fitness Pool Powers will become Inherent Powers during the Respec?
- If a Character has multiple builds and each build has Fitness Pool Powers, each build will need to be Respeced to gain the Fitness Inherents per build?
- If an existing Character has never taken a second build, will the Fitness Inherents be available for that second build after I19 goes Live?
- Will the Fitness Pool Powers still be selectable to existing Characters that have Fitness Pool Powers in their build after I19 goes live?
I know the questions seem redundant. But for something like this, I think as much clarity is gonna be needed as possible.
Thank you for the time...
I'm confused.
I need to respec prior to i19 to get Fitness as an inherent? And if I don't, I will never be able to, and then lose access to the Fitness power pool on top of that after I respec?
Or, i19 goes live. I respec after and Fitness becomes inherent and all is well? -
