Or maybe join a faction, which just makes those NPC's neutral. But, if you attack them, they attack back. This would be very helpful with Arachnos based characters.

Your ideas are short and aren't elaborate. I'm not really sure what you mean by "storm system" try fleshing them out and giving a more detailed response and a title related to post rather than "my idea"

After re-watching Spider Man, i googled 'super hero mmo'
-
Quote:Yeah, i was asking about the maps you could access. The title threw me off a little because i thought of this as a PvP room in the base rather than an Arena terminal. It sounds as if you don't have any experience with the base editor. I suggest that you go to the Supergroup contact in either Atlas Park or Port Oaks and start up an SG and create a base. Once you enter the base you've created you'll see a pop up window with a button that says "Edit Base". Clicking on that will show you the map of the base and you'll be free to add as many rooms and equipment as you can afford to buy with whatever prestige you have earned.
Teleporters like the Raid teleport must be placed in Teleportation Rooms, and items that set up SG missions or Ouroborus missions must be placed in Control Rooms. You are free to add as many decorative items as you like to customize each rooms appearance.
Now if you are referring to what maps you can access thru the Arena Terminal, it would be no different than what you can currently access at the other Arena Terminal locations -
Quote:Oh, I see. So what would the map be for the Training Room? Would it be built by the SG or the ones used for the Arena? When you enter the Arena after the countdown, you get an Arena loading screen with two figures going head to head and the Arena Star logo with a light blue background. To enhance the effect of entering the Training Room, the Arena loading screen should be changed to have a more applicable image with the word "Training Room" or the such to diferentiate form the Arena.
As for the art, from past experience in this area, it is better to let the art team come up with a loading screen design rather than request a player-made one; allows for the art team to have more ownership in the tasking and gives then more artistic license to meld their ideas into the potentially new interface screens and loading screen styles.
And for Forbin's idea of using the Raid Teleporter as the means to transition between the base and either an AE or Training Room instance, great idea! Utilize what we already have in the base items and give it more functionality. I completely agree with him on that! -
One question, you said something about a loading screen. So would the Training Room be it's own map? Or just a room in the base?
Aside from that, /signed -
It would actually make a lot of sense if they added multiple cars to the tram. I bet one car could only hold like 24 people. Considering the amount of people in Paragon, that's not enough.

Quote:Agreed, they need to hire you! I actually find the music takes away from heroic/villainous feel of the game.Holy CRAP!
It's you! The one who did the Transformers and Unicron Orchestral themes!!
/Freaks out
And gods damnit, why have you not been hired to do the Music for Paragon Studios? That was epic. The CoV theme is good, but that just blows it out of the water!
Edit: Just listened to the CoH theme. Ye gods, I love it. I want to replace my games sound files with those ones! Please! -
Sounds great! I really wish they would get better music. It's pretty bland and forgettable.

I could see two enemies and a character fitting inside. Too bad there aren't multiple cars.

I've seen quite a lack of animal characters in our super hero world when there are many in DC and Marvel (Killer Croc, Beast etc) -
It's a little annoying how all the costumes are in perfect shape. I think there should be two options Clean and Tattered.
Tattered would then have two options Heavily and Lightly. Heavily would be tattered all over the place with large rips. Lightly would have the cuffs ripped and the edges rough.
This is to just make more realistic costumes and will probably help out villains a lot.
Of course I understand this would be hard because they would have to make 2 new clothes per article. So maybe it would exclude tights and only use cloth clothes. -
This post came up when i googled Ziggurat, i know it's old but i'd love to see t
this.
Another addition i would want to see is an inside to the Ziggurat. -
A cool way to do this would be to have a portal to a zone that is the same as a Praetorian zone, except there's PvP. It'll be more of a team based thing, so Loyalists attack the Resistance while they're underground and vice versa. Maybe a capture the flag type thing.
-
Would be nice. There are tons of more important things to do though.

Not only grunts, but laughing should make noise too. And screaming and such.
-
Maybe they should just add a choice to make the power shoot out your eyes in Power Customization.
