If both players have superspeed, what's unbalanced? It's not like anyone from 8-80 without some sort of debilitating condition shouldn't have the reflexes for that.

Favorite moments:
-old Infinity PvP league when we didn't have a clue but had hella fun
-Ice Tank domination
-Crazy lineups like storm MM teams, especially Eden Thermopylae
- That time Empire and I ran Warburg for 5 hours, wiping out teams of 5-6 with my blaster and him emping. Second place is any time smack talkers got pwned in WB (e.g. when midwest Avengers came at us for killing one of their tanks)
- drunk PvP
Please steal Warhammer's PvP queueing system. If their PvE wasn't so much walking, I'd probably still play there. -

It isn't poorly designed. What's poorly designed are the other 100+ AV fights that have taught us that a singular "strategy" should work in every single encounter. I think the problem is the overly harsh penalties of Stone Armor, not the encounter. And I doubt you'll convince many people in the know to feel sorry for Traps.

In single target powers it's not great, in AoE powers that fire often on a higher recharge character it can be awesome. I have an Armageddon set and this proc in footstomp on my ice/ss and it goes off quite often, substatially raising my average recharge bonus. With huge mobs of bosses I've kept it going for a minute or so.

I'm pretty sure I still PvP but fail to show up due to lack of interest. If this happens I may show up for a dUmb team.
