May i please be put down as a reserve for the TF on my Scrapper, SinghMC. Thanks!
-
Thank you!
Sirens Call can actually turn into a level playing field now.
(Though i feel sorry for anyone attempting the MoSTF after the patch goes live, ouch!)

We'll see how well you enjoy a PvP zone with a pack of blasters double-forted and Quad-Cm'd consistently targeting you and making sure you repeatedly faceplant just on leaving the safety of the Arachnos Drones <snip>
[/ QUOTE ]
You mean organised PvP? Taking out the most troublesome Target? Yes please! Thats what PvP is all about.
No PvPer will get miserable from that (lol) and if a casual player does start to feel depressed, they can leave and come back when there isn't as much PvP action going on in the zone. -
So the phrase, "If its red, its dead", has never entered your minds in a PvP zone?
For me its simple. If i know i can kill you, i will. If i see you again after i killed you, i will again. If you bring backup to "wtfpwnz" me with brute force, i will kill you and all your buddies aswell, again and again. But of course on the rare occasion when i cannot beat you, thats what your global friends list is for and it might turn into a proper PvP battle with numerous teams.
I wont feel sad, cheap or anything else you want to call it for picking on the same person(s) over and over (if they are the only ones in the zone), because well, its just a game. -
Yeah its because it isn't as easy to fight with as say a typical well.. anything really (except WS's).
Masterminds require more planning and set up time which is detrimental to their health. Though there are a couple of really powerful builds that if played/slotted correctly is right up there with the FotM builds (Necro/Poison/Dark i'm looking at you!)
-
I think they mean only keep Single Target attacks (though i guess they could just aswell mean no Zone Temp powers).
Any in case, its quite a blanket statement to make, which if followed could very well hurt a new player's build depending on the attack. -
Yeah Aurrius your right (not about Air Superiority!), Fly hasn't reached the cap yet. I discovered this whilst working on a different build and thought, "oh damn it, hope no one's read my post yet so i can edit it
".
All in all, the build's fine. Now level the sucker! -
The build looks fine to me with only a couple slot distribution problems.
Assault for a Regen only needs the default slot for EndRed since you have Quick Recovery and Stamina so a couple of those slots can go elsewhere.
Fly i think caps its speed with 2 SO's but since you have a Flight enhancer in Swift it will also only need the default slot like Assualt so those slots can go elsewhere too.
Thats 4 slots you can put into the awesome Air Superiority now. Have fun!
-
Well about 5 minutes to go and my graphics card decides to have a fit, a no show from me. Good luck the rest of you!

Yep that Temp power is exempt from the restrictions thankfully.
I would like to have another crack at it with my main, SinghMC, Kat/Regen Scrap if you would be so kind. -
Congrats mate - It was fun teaming with you against all those Paragon Protectors last night.
-
Another FFA Zone? Gimme! (With less critters)
Another "Atlas Park" rehash? No thank you. -
*Stops laughing once he see's the pitchforks*
To everyone that i know, its been a pleasure teaming with/killing you. I've made so many friends in this game that it'd be impossible for me to list them all but ya'll know who you are
. So for now, rest easy as there's one less "overpowered" Hero running around the PvP zones.
I'll still be keeping my account active for the Veteran badges (damn you Devs!) & also for the rikti invasion in Issue 10: Recluse's Victory Part 2, this time there's a TF in the middle!
So for now, thanks for the great times & if you wanna hook up with me, you can find me playing WoW (under same name) for the Alliance on the server Stormreaver. -
The Hero Heavy in RV also does this "Unresistable" animation at the end of one of its attacks. I feel sympathy for the poor villains when hit by this (and consequently getting murdered in that time).
I highly doubt its working as intended. Its been long enough now that a Dev comment is really neeeded on this. -
This is the build i'm currently working on. I had to sacrifice the Leadership pool for the Presence pool since IO's are worthless in the former. This gets me about 50% Recharge time all together, which hopefully will be enough to perma Dull Pain.

I'm going to have to drop out & do it some other time guys. I've been called down to London for the weekend so i'm pretty much screwed. Sorry guys!
-
I haven't done this yet so count me in with SinghMC, a Kat/Regen Scrap.
-
Yeah a great thread. I'm currently working on my own version so i cant wait to see the final results.

Well played villains are a testement to the players far more than heroes
[/ QUOTE ]
Indeed.
Great post Light Petting. Just shows (again), how a well played team can be a formidable force to be reckoned with in zone PvP (and the pathetic whining of the loosing side crying for nerfs). -
Awww its sad to see you go but i can understand why. I just hope you'll be back in I10.
