hey is the server down or is it just my laptop?

since the new issue allows you to have a second life when your away from the game, they should allow you to stay in your second life when in the game, have a house or flat, pay bills and such and...have a car or bike, so you can either be a hero and gain xp and such or be a normal citizen who goes about there own business and has a house a car and a loving wife, and if they want to be a hero on the part time even better. this would attract alot more roleplayers in, so instead of fighting crime all day they can relax and be normal and talk to others and even heros! chances are it will never happen coz they prob dont have the capabilities but meh i can dream!

well that responce went better than i thought it would... look i dont want to cause any trouble on the threads or upset anyone and i apologise for the misspelling and the poor choice of words in places, but the more i post forums and the more i read the better im gunna get at not messing up i mean if we where like this to every new poster we would have know online comunity what so ever, share a little love if you think i post is a bit off or misspelled instead of jumping on them and insulting there inteligence just put a subtle post correcting the person before it gets out of hand and thus giving that new poster a good impretion who will then tell other to join, but theres no need to be so picky about every little detail i think 9 out 10 people get the zist of what i was trying to say but you get one smart guy who picks up on it and humiliates them for it, just let it go. and i agree with the pre issue tenssion thing once its out we will be far to busy playing to post :P

i want it alllll reseting back to normal i tryed that options thing and it didnt work, is there a way i can reset it or should i send a petition off to have it looked at in game?

hey, could anyone tell me which task forces i should be looking out for now im in my level 40's that will actually give me xp, i think the itf is one of them is there anymore? thanks

i am currently on level 43, its been much easier than i acttualy thought, i suppose ive never really given my main much attention, ive always been hopping from one alt to the other and just chating with players and taking the odd team here and there. but now that im going on with the sole purpose to level, its coming much more easier to get those last few levels to 50!! but i still would like to join a good active super group who i can team with as teams are very hard to find in the 40's

jeeeesus i leave my thread for a few seconds and hundreds of hate replys come rolling in, what is it with you people, and yes it was for comedy value but since none of you thought to ask and just rip me to shreds you didnt know that, if anyone is rude around here its you guys, as you can see im rather new to this forum and this is the first forum ive ever been on, so as u can imagine im not up to scratch with this un written code of conduct in threds, im sure in the past when you first started up we all posted stupid threds and regret them later for it but it doesnt help when ones who have been on this forum for a much longer time make personal attacks on my maturity and playing time if you have a problem with my posts send me a private message giving me a few pointers and why my thred might be a little offending to people, i mean how else are you supose to learn! granted ive posted a few stupid and perhaps rude posts but im still getting to grips with the community and whats sociably acseptable and what is not, so please i ask you be a bit more tollerent towards first time posters?

and yes there maybe some spelling mistakes but thats only coz im at work and have to type fast to not get caught by the boss

hey, i think we should see alot more game masters in game like the statesman or other lore heros, ive never seen any of them come to atlas at talk to some players answer some private messages and do an event with us all, on other mmo's ive been on game masters regularly pop by and chat with players and start off an event, yet in the 15 months ive played its been left to the local sg's which i think is poor. i defently want to see more game master's around city of heros

so its been over a week now with the whats going on in union sticky whens it coming back on! its been a month

hey guys its taken me 15 months to get to level 40....bad i know, but i need to get that final strech of the way, is there any regular teams or sg's that can team with me to give me the intesive game play to get those vital 10 last levels any help would be appriciated. at the moment im part of no sg so any sg that can help me in that cause id gladly join up with. thanks in advanced ^_^

i demand to know when issue 13 is being released its been in open beta since the 5th! how many more bugs can there be! surly it will be live before december! please just give us a date or even a week!

did hero one actually have a name or was that it? i just assumed it was a refference that he was the first recognised hero, or was that his super hero name, if it is its rather odd? "Look its hero one!" =/ nah i cant see it

ok so, im the worse leveler in the world....i bin playin 2 years and still no level 50....soooo when i13 comes up could someone who UBER fast at leveling and is on union server pact with me smash me into level 50 so i get my peace bringer im not gunna sit back and let them do all the work, il be activly playing i just need this pact to give me the kick i need! any takers?

ok so issue 13 will be live any min, and i dont know if youve seen the new cossys we get, but i have and you get a whole new selection of suits! ones that actualy look like suits this time! ive always wanted to make a agent toon but never had the right cossy for it, but with the new cossys im inspired! so i know how im gunna dress my agent i know his back story, so what powers can i give him? im thinking of keeping him natural which in the past ive thought of blaster guns/devices but that seems awfully boring! so if you could come up with some good power sets that would match an agent toon we can always scrap the idea that he only has to be natural but i dont want to make him too super. any ideas?

DUSTY! he got me a task force set up, we blazed through it came to rom and two heros puled the nictus heal and the rest of us laid into rom took him 4 times to die and then we had it. once you get a good team its really not hard to do. thank you guys for your help and support and thank you DUSTY! woo

hey ive been playing the game for a good 2 years now lol but on my main one day about a year ago i messed around with tabs and chat boxes and now there all screwed up is there away of reseting it all. at the moment while chat it up i cant see wot xp and inf im getting and deatails like that any help would be awsome thanks!

"dont turn around!" said a voice from behind, as he felt a gun like object dug into his back "what" i answered, " dont turn around or il splatter your boady over this wall here!" i was being robed...again, "what do you want this time" i answered, "we got us a mouthly one boys" "i really shouldnt of said that" i thought, "lets teach this punk some manners". before i knew it i was being held up against a wall by two thugs while another layed into me with a flurry or punches and kicks to my boady, there was nothing i could do i was powerless to defend myself, at that moment a comercial was showing in the store window across the way, i tryed to focus in on what it was saying when one of the thugs caught sight of what i was looking at and laughed in my face "its always been the same crime always pays in this town, even with super heros they cant stop us and some stupid little new unit aint gunna touch us!" they hit me so hard that i blacked out completly, i woke up at night in the gutter covered in cuts and bruises, "things cant stay like this" i helplessly said, "maybe he was right, maybe crime does pay maybe i should just be a criminal!" at that moment a hero passing over me over heard me and came down to talk. "are you ok?" the hero asked, standing tall and proud, "i guess so" i answered, "whats this talk i heard about crime paying off?", "well its starting to look that way" i said in desperation. "the only reason why crime is on the increase is because people wont get of there back sides and do anything about it, if you think crime is unbareable, do somthing about it!" said the hero. i laughed to myself "what like this new sheild police thing" "exactly!" he said, how is this town going to chance if everyone complains about crime but does nothing about it! anyway i gotta head off im on patroll, think about what i said yea?" the hero blasted of into the skyes like an angel, "he's right..." i said in disgust with myself. "nothings going to get better unless i do somthing about it, unless we all do somthing about it! starting tomorow im gunna enroll on this corse and im gunna get out there and show people that the only way to beat crime is fight it! the man walked away with his head up tall and proud to be an atlas citizen. seconds after, the man was held up again by more thugs.

also you could set up the sg rankings in no authority order such as the swat team with the sheild power sets, officers who would be genral heros with any powers they wanted, trp (tacticle ranged police) for the blasters like guns for sniping and such, and rms (renforcement medic squad) for healers and such. and of corse youd have your super intendent and such for sg leaders p.s mind the spelling im terrible!
