Wow cant belive this post is still going, imo the answer is simple yes a tank is a tank with no taunt as long as he can hold agro and lets face it even though taunt can now only effect up to 5 bad guys now i think it still makes the job of holding agro much less of a pain than a tank with no taunt.

Still each to there own id never be without taunt on my tank as i feel due to the role ofmy tank in the team i should have it even though i have blazing aura on all the time it can be tricky to hold the agro, to quote a famous super market "every little helps"

With my blaster i picked it up when elec epics were brought in, however i found it a waste of time recharge is huge and its already been said but does little or no damage to anything other than robots.

The only powers worth having from the elec epics imo are the shield and shocking bolt as it adds another hold, static discharge is another power i could not see any point to the end drain on mobs was so small you could blink and miss it.

Well all i can say on this is elec/elec FTW!! and imo not just because i have an elec/elec blaster

Ive played most of the blaster power sets and i have to say i havent found one that is as good as elec. Ice is good for slow/hold and fire is good for damage but for me it will always be elec to the end

It looks like your trying for a pure pvp build here if thats the case then its not looking to bad bad, if however this is a pve build then imo it needs work.

Over all though i would say its risky to not have any endred in your attacks, yes you have stamina but as you know elec blaster do eat alot of end and your not going for power sink to top yourself up either.

Also invis do you realy need 3 rechg in there id say if you need any at all go with one and stick a defbuf in there.

Is there a reason you also left out zapp this can be a great power in pvp hit build up and aim and fire this off you got one dead villian.

Id say it depends on what build your going for, if your going for a tri build slotting can get a bit tricky, with my pb i went human/nova until lvl 30 then pure human as it gives more slots to play with.

As for powers faultline seems to have covered the basics well but again depends on your build, good luck though pb/ws can be tricky took me 3 respecs to get mine how i wanted

I logged in my brute and played for 3 hours last night for the first time in about 2 months.

And for me it felt like i was the only one in the game i never ran into another villian until i had been playing for well over 2 hours and the only team invite i got was about 30 mins b4 i logged.

This can be put down to people just waiting for i7 to go live but imo its been like that since the start, there is a lack of community within cov as there are no places to gather example atlas park.

After 3 hours of play i just found that once again i was wanting to log from lack of fun, coh is just a far better game with a better feel alround.

All i can say is i hope cov does grow abit more and to be fair to it coh has been going along time its got along way to go to reach coh standards, so as long as new content is added along wiht new zones i think it will get better if not imo id rather stick to my heros.

Well i use invis on my blaster but its seems to be abit on the rubbish side in the pvp zones we have.

Saying that in RV on the test its very nice i can get right behind a villian drop aim and build up then fire of a nice zapp taking most of there health away before they can do anything, follow that up with a thunder strike and i have one dead villian.
Kind of makes me feel abit like a stalker doing it

If your going to build a fire/fire tank then you will need the fighting pool fire tanks are not that good with out it now.

Also going for fly as your travel power will you also be taking th leeping pool as you will need acrobatics unless you want to spend alot of time on the floor.

Also Burn is not worth getting any more even after i7 its still no good the recharge rate sucks as does the damage out put thanks to ED and every time you drop it bad guys run 2 miles away from you, its shame to use to be such a great power.

Just to let you know i did this tf last night and the mission to locate scout(i think the 3rd mission) was bugged we cleared the whole map and nothing, had to get a GM in to help in the end

All depends if you want to solo from lvl 1 to 50 if so dont take taunt, any tank that wants to play in a team imo still needs taunt.

Been on a few teams the last few nights with my WS and it seems that fewer tanks seem to pick it up now and would rather just stand there or run away from fights after agroing the whole map.

Yeh no epics to pick from and its a total rip of yes i know you are an "epic AT" but why not have epic powers for epic AT.

If your pb is human build only like mine then yes take stamina, even with it i still find my end runs down faster than with any other AT i play

I got my pb Waveshock to 50 a few days ago and id just like to say thankyou to a few people, Quantum Blue,Lord Blue,Kryo,Firetroller,desert elfling,Frazzel,london scrapper and a few others from the soul redeemers and voodo dolls sg sorry cant remember all your names now.

Some of the best players i have teamed with in the game and it made the run from 40-50 a good deal of fun so thanks again.
