Powers same as everyone else at 41, 44, 47 and 49 but no EPP options. 
Yeh no epics to pick from and its a total rip of yes i know you are an "epic AT" but why not have epic powers for epic AT.
I think the powers that you do have already are meant to be epic.. but that (to some people) is debatable
I think they are ok.. and some really shine for my WS.
Kelds still got enough powers to pick from indeed:P..keep in mind that they got more choices then others AT's and even then its almost impossible to pick all if you want a overal good build:P

Same as any other AT. Only thing is, you'll have so many powers to choose from by then that you really *have* to use binds to change power slots around. If you went tri-form it becomes a nightmare of complexity...lots of fun though.
