inb4 mentioning of the Marvel lawsuit CoH faced back in the day.
I'd say SS/Invul as well. However shield's taunt aura fits best, since the more people the more attack. Of course Hulk has no need for a shield. -
I'd really them rather move onto the next 5 slots :P. But all of these ideas sound super interesting. Could make a nice poll.

In WWD6, Penny has a massive psychic AoE that does damage on a near judgement-slot scale. Is this a little tease of a new judgement power? Or am I just getting too excited?

I don't buy the idea of a weekend update. Been done before, and the Devs suffered for it.
Edit: Oh I see. GoT. It was pretty clear i22 was coming out March 6th already then >_>;. We don't need it rubbed in our faces. -

Oh I'm not asking for a complete revamp of the animations. Just speeding them up is fine. I'd still appreciate seeing a few damage improvements on the ammo types. Faster animation times is what I really want, though.

Yikes. It could definitely use some cleaning up then.
After thinking about it, I have to agree on HoB not being a lively candidate for a shorter animation time. While it's ridiculously long, it doesn't have a crash. -

I always found executioner's shot to be one of the speedier animations, actually. HoB and Bullet Rain could use a speedier animation.

Chad's about summed it up. While PVP is a fitting concept for City of Heroes, the engine itself was NOT designed with PVP in mind therefore the PVP in this game is really lacking and broken.

I thought I read a few times on the forums that the devs are considering buffing the damage on dual pistols to make up for the animation times. Is that true? If not, it should be taken into consideration. Even IOing my 50+3 DP/Energy blaster, I feel he's not at full potential.
