Is there a travel Beacon for DA?

I havent had the chance to check?

I have one and I am trying to get it to be as best as possible but I think the devs need to look at /Poison carefully to see if it is working on par with other debuff sets.

Electric Blast/Posion
Mind Control/Poison/Earth
Psychic Blast/Poison
Fire Control/Poison
Sonic Attacks/Poison


Nothing seems to be working for me.

Mind/Poison has the issue that if you mass sleep a mob and throw down poison Trap, the sleep is broken by the dmg. The trap isn't -regen but -recovery. The dmg doesn't even warrant the slotting for damage and the trap has a chance to hold after effect, this on its own irritates me, powers have a chance to hold. It is a hold....and it should do as such.

How about Elec/Poison?

I have made several changes since that post. I can bring him onto the test server tonight and you can see.

The only thing I am wanting is the Ranged Dmg PvP DMG proc. Placing an Achilles Proc and the Tox Dmg Proc would make it better.

I am just wracking my head on the devs idea to make VG a PBAoE instead of a targeted power!

I dont understand the goal of things like these and its perked me to never get an explanation as to why taking a power that I will never use.

I can imagine going into a mob with VG and getting ready to use Fissure or w/e else I can imagine but my imagination is weak at the moment and would rather it be an anchor power instead of a PBAoE

Im going to try Dark/Poison.

Mind/Poison is ok but for some reason I am not feeling it at all.

So the Troller Poison Trap is -end not -regen?

I guess you would add the Lockdown Proc, 1 Hold Dmg Proc, Energy Manip Proc and whatever else is flavoring?

I dont know why I thought that PGT and Poison Trap were the same beast?

I think I need to work a new cycle for a Mind/Posion Troller.

Start with Mass confuse, run in and drop a PG then hit them with Weaken and Envenom and finally whatever is left go with Mass Hypnosis to wait for everything to recharge.

I can't wait to kill statesman...I really hope that it isnt like the scripted prompt in part 3 but instead is a final battle where the player gets to kill off his lumpy spandexed butt!

How about this:

I have a friend from way back who left the game and never game back (he would be Premium now) and the name I want is not a free because he has it but his account only lets him have two toons on his server...

Will the name be open or not? Is the name lost forever?

I say that we should get 1 A-Merit per arc per week.

They are individual arcs altogether, keep the once a week limit but only limit the times you can run the arc instead of the while volume.

You still will get 28 a month plus the 3 Tip mission related A-Merits...thats 40 A-Merits a month that can get you a PVP IO or Purple IO and you still have to do that over a 5 to 6 month period to get a full set of 1 purple set or 1 PVP set.


Limiting us to only 1 Merit a week from any arc once is just too limiting and doesnt help anyone much. I'll just do the mission and move on this way.

So I finally got my little Rad/Traps to level 50 last week and I started to look at the incarnate options.

I took Agility Boost for the multiple buffs that actually apply. It offers +Rech, +End Mod, and +Def. I can also go Musculature: Radial Paragon for the boost to Stamina and the blasting powers.

I took The Diamagnetic Interface so the -Tohit to stack with my Seekers and complement my Defense but I am not sure if there is a better choice.

Now, I havent taken the Lore or Destiny slots yet but I am thinking of taking the Cimerora tree and for the Destiny, should I go for Barrier Destiny or Rebirth?

Any Feedback?

I am going to try and solo an AV/GM this weekend and let you know how it goes.


On a side note: I tried the Ragnarok Proc and for some reason, it is doing knockback instead of knockdown. I want it to do KD on my caltrops but it seems to be doing KB and its seriously getting me miffed.

I am thinking about respec'ing Caltrops out and getting something else. I didnt take Time Bomb since I heard it stinks.

I am also thinking of taking out the Devastation proc from Acid Mortar. I spent some time with the practice dummies from RWZ just spamming my Mortars, I can only get 2 out at a time so it seems ok for the debuff field but the procs arent triggering enough for me to care, has anyone slotted Glad's Javelin: Chance for Toxic Damage?


As for the Incarnate Trials, I dont see my Rad/Traps doing too muich on the BAF Escapee Phase but the AV phase he seems to be doing very well for an incarnate that isnt fully slotted.

For me I love the +DMG and + Rech.

Why take this away? I understand that freedom is all new and shiny but I would love to do those arcs again. The devs have missed a prime oppurtunity to have a mad scientist warfare between creed and weber.

Will the phasing environment tech allow states to remain alive for those that havent completed the Who Will Die Story Arc?

Is the Rad Nuke worth it? I havent really noticed that it does much or should I look closer?

Maybe they need to look at the nukes and instead of an End crash they should just increase the -End cost and apply a recovery debuff?

Ill consider switching out the Devastation Proc for the Glads Javelin in Mortar since I am not seeing anything come out of it with the hold proc.

I am also going to start saving up for a Panacea Proc for triage beacon. I am building this guy to be my next Incarnate Trial runner so I trying to get the most out of Rad/Traps as possible.
