And exactly why do you think a significant number of people are going to go spend real money to get the inf to craft a notice instead of just hopping on the weekly task force, or join in on the new incarnate trail. If crafting were the only way to get a NotW, I might agree, but it's not.

And even thats not a certainty. I'm almost willing to bet that the going rate would be more the 2B inf and the transactions would be done off the market.

If this type of Official RMT is going to take place, I'd much rather it be done with something that already has an inf cost, that way we can at least have some idea as to whether or not the Market can handle it. Easiest thing would probably be to make the Respec purchase grant a recipe.

Why would adding something that costs a hundred million, a cost that can be circumvented by playing on a team for short time, cause a sudden demand for RMT? Anyone who would go the RMT route over NotW would already be doing so over Purple and PvP IOs.

As to the Original suggestion, as long as it doesn't end up throwing the market off too much, I"m rather indifferent. I make enough inf that I wouldn't buy the PCRC with real money, but not enough to think I'd be able buy one with Inf.

Its written as a stream of thought so not everything in the sentence has to be hinting at the same thing. It could mean that the raid the entire paragraph seems to be about could require a certain look, or that it unlocks a new costume or simply that there is a new costume and it has nothing to do with the raid.

Havn't seen this brought up yet, so I thought I'd toss in my 2 cents. Sounds like a hint at the League system used in the new raids... with possibly new costume pieces in I20.
I agree, and it was mentioned back on post #25

Yes but it says groups of 8, note the plural.
  8. Don't know about anyone else, but I've been using it up because when I ran the Cuda SF this week, my brute didn't seem to get the temp powers for the first run, when he had the dimensional grounding ray, and got them without a problem on my second run, after using the power up.

Unless I'm mistaken, he was referring to the Vengeance part not the self rez.

With enough patience and diligence, one can end up spending nothing, or even making money, using SOs. Buy what you can off the market and burn vet and frespecs to recoup all of the money you spent at the vendor.

For those who find DO and SO art problematic, I suggest using the enhancement standardization mod found in my sig, only problem is Def and Res end up having to use the same icon due to art sharing.

The Turnstile doesn't seem to lend itself to a private instance, as there's no indication you can' limit access to just those you want.

Edit: just read Zombie Man's post, so it seems you could set up a private hami using a league and the turnstile, were hami to use the turnstile.

People have been asking for it for ages so it makes a lot of sense to do if the new tech allows it.
With the Turnstyle handling re-entry after disconnect and the new contribution measuring system preventing leechers from getting rewarded, there shoudn't be any need for a "private Hamidon."

Since 48 is the closest to 50 you can get and still have it be divisible by 8 I'd say that clearly Hami did factor into the cap. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure some of the new content will cap at 48, but that shouldn't be a problem as far as lag goes if the encounter is spread out enough.

  20. If the unlock isn't dependent on a Praetorian character, and they don't start in Praetoria, and their story has next to nothing to do with Praetoria, how exactly are the Praetorian EAts?

Will those who que up together on teams go to the same trial instance? Can a team leader add (with maybe a yes/no option appearing for all team members) his team to the que?

This is actually something I would be more willing to engage in, since it feels less like a social activity and a gathering of people and more like... Well, like your average FPS, where you drop in and out as you please with no commitment.

I wonder if they'll institute raid quit penalty, too?
Go check out the Sneak Peak Forums, some of the patch notes describe how the Turn style works.

Any change is going to require a redesign of the layout on some level, and making icons isn't necessarily hard, they can do like mids did and re-use one of the more recognizable power icons.
