Quote:I think your missing the nature of Marcus and Stefan's relationship. They weren't friends who were as close as brothers, Stefan's father basically adopted Marcus when his parent passed away. The three were raised as siblings.Eh, not necessarily.
There's really no reason to believe that Marcus ever saw Monica as a sister. (Unless it's stated as such somewhere that I'm no aware of.) It's possible to be extremely close to someone, without being nearly as close to their relatives/friends/whatever.
I don't view my best friend's twin sister, or her brother with any familial distinction despite us all having gone to school together and having known each other for more than half our lives. (It would be particularly odd for me to see her brother this way, given that we dated in the past.) -

I may be wrong, but I don't believe the "his" in this sentence was redundant. By removing it you're basically saying he has to pay for all crimes, not just ones he committed.

For me, CoH crashes my drivers after a few minutes of running, no matter what I do , even if i just leave it on the log in screen.

I think I've been having the same or similar problem with my Nvidia card.

Nope, the main tray, like other windows can only be moved by clicking and dragging the large tab at the top or bottom while the floating trays can be moved by clicking any part of it, including a power icon, if the trays are locked.

That would only matter if participation is zero sum or comparative, neither of which are givens.

I dont' think it's assuming anything, opening the slot lets you customize all of the judgment powers.

Quote:All of this is what I think should be changed. With the game going so heavily co-op, the "can't invite an enemy" doesn't make much sense. Is there some weird system limitation on moving teams around? Because that limitation just doesn't make any sense to me.The problem there is that you can't invite cross-faction in different zones (or sometimes can't it's weird) plus you can't rearrange teams with people out of zone which makes it harder to invite people (league invite puts them on their own team and team invites require you to shift people off of team one which means they need to be in zone.

Quote:The Machine God, all hail the Omnisiah!TIt mandates that all these powers at least look like they're coming from the well. And it's hard to imagine that the well would give you an Orbital cannon. I mean, whose divine power is that?
I'm sure that once upon a time people thought it weird gods might use the new fangled swords. Times change, so do concepts of gods. -
isn't the upper line the clavicle?

Quote:The key question is to define what a "contribution" is trial-wise.
I raided these trial heavily with my Emp Defender (150+ Astral Merits 6 Empyrean Merits which I don't want to convert entirely) but I never saw anything but common/uncommon tables.
I know RNG is random, that's why I'm not too worried about this issue at the moment (and common/uncommon are all I need so far).
But if (and that's a big, hypothetical "if") "Contribution" is based on Damages inflicted or something like that, support toons are pretty much screwed.
If it's contribution based, which if I recall they said at least some of the trials would be, it should follow the same formula as the Praetorian zone events, which took buffing and healing into account. -
would rather see them remove the requirement of all being in the same zone.

Quote:I don't have much of an opinion on the rest but for this bit you might find the enhancement standardization mod, see my sig, useful. If I need to replace my enhancements with better ones, I typically have to right-click and look at the detailed information on each enhancement to figure out which ones enhance the value I want. The color isn't enough because there are many colors that are too similar. The names are far from an indication of what they do, too. If the purchasing interface had fast tool-tips that told you the function of the enhancement, that would help a lot. If the enhancement type was in the text or somewhere else visible on the purchasing interface, that would help even more. Anything would be great to make it easier when trying to find the enhancement type we are looking for.
edit: wow, apparently I can't type. -
It's called Ascension and I believe they said it's a future player costume.

Is there a way to get it to remember the settings? It always seems to reset to the lowest setting when I log in.

As far as I know Judgment, Lore and Destiny are customizable and Interface is not.

I did say if it were possible but saying that a system you need to alter the programing for may need you to further change the programing of the game is rather redundant. Heck, they could theoretically already do it if they made all player buffs grant their effects through temp powers like Mystic Fortune/Secondary Mutation do and set those temp powers as deletable.

As I recall, the last response we got on this can be found in the "Wouldn't it Be Great if" podcast. The gist was that one of the programmers really wanted it and they were going to look into it. So chances are if it's doable we'll get it eventually

I believe the tool tip for that one says it's to remove your team from the league, but I may be wrong.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did back items like they did combat auras and CCemotes.
