How exactly is gauntlet broken?

my assault is tier 4 core
by normal i meant what it seems to be at the most...sorry.should have worded it better
according to my numbers im at 37% damage bonus without assualt core running.when im running assault im at 112% damage bonus in the middle of a full mob, now does this mean assault only buffs for 75% then?.seems kinda low honestly
and when i use b.u ( f.e. too but that doesnt show up in the window attributes) im at 192%
now i heard lots of talk about not worth taking cause of the current 300% damage cap but now as i get it.its not even close to the damage cap yet..so my question is...from what im hearing assault isnt working correctly. is this true or is this working correctly?
at this point im not sure what is working and whats not working.i wish the devs would make an annoucement about it. i know it would help me understand it better. -
see the issue here now isnt how hard the new trial is. its why we waited so long for hybrid to come out people dont need to finish it to slot it.
i suggest maybe we dont wait another year for the next 1 to open. -

all i know is...i took core on my fire/fire tank and havent hit over 207% but once. so why is that that we are so worried about a damage cap im ways away from hitting?
is there a bug on the proc?
i have 2 +4/8 player mobs on me and my normal damage output is 192% -
no way...right ,left then middle...im older now and the middle one looks like she parties way to much. i need a nice wholesome girl now.*sigh
oh and to answer the question for the ops...i went with core on my fire tank. -
i went 4 for 4 ...the first time we did it.i learned just how important it was to quickly get the portals and towers.so i asked to be on the team that heads that up and we won every time
frankly i knew all the people i had on my team with me so i knew i wouldnt have any afkers/chatters nor forgetful people just wandering around.use the quills and quickly.get back into the fray and success was had
that being said im 96% and my t4 is already done. 4% more and ill be more then happy to break from it for a while. -
im just tired of all these " do x to achieve y" type things...we are 1 for 1 against tyrant..frankly thanks to hybrid only opening on on trial once i do that trial ill likely NEVER do it again. was a bad idea by the devs to do it like that.

i have many tanks at 50...my next one i was thinking of a elec/tw tank.
however i must agreee with the fire/elec...thats tons of fun!! -
I didnt look at all pages...but wanted to throw my hat in the ring for /ss getting nerfed.in pvp its horribly unbalanced.its the new fotm since energy got hammeredl the extra tohit is pure crap and renders tier9s useless
It will get fixed eventually. Anyone who says different shoule go talk to the guys who use to spam e.t and t.f....cause now all they spam is kob...and its annoying -

with the extra glad armor 3% you should be way higher then in the 30s for defense. were you trying to soft cap or are you trying to get alittle of everything?
i would reslot b.a. though. your really not getting anything out of that small bit of range defense. throw a oblieration in there.better bonus's .heres my defense build for my fire tank

honestly it aint bad where it is..i wouldnt worry too much about acc since if your gonna do +3's then chances are you will have the alpha slot and already be +1 yourself at least.plus your looking at burn to do the work anyways.
i would grab the alpha slot cardiac to help with your end. its a god send for me.just too bad you dont have the glad armor +3 youd be soft capped. but your darn close. -
id nerf super strength...kill the rage stacking to only one at a time.this will happen someday when they revamp pvp anyways.id just get it out of the way now

the first thing that really made me was the capt/loki fight...seeing cap fighting against loki was that point on how real it was to finally see the avengers movie!

is there some reason that the umbra beast doesnt attack held npcs?
i just got the ll 32 power and notice when i got anything held .it stands there and doesnt attack at all.once the hold is off it attacks again.
anyone else getting this ? -
btw i have gotten my smashing resistance to the cap of 90% and my lethal to 87.93 thanks to the last bit of boosters and the might of the tanker ato purpled set today.
once the proc goes off lethal gets capped so i wont be trying to cap that part as im satisfied now in my goal.ever since e.d. and i.o's ive been trying to cap at least resistance.now im happy.) -
