My Dom's Beast doesn't attack any foes that are held, nor attacks any objects.

is there some reason that the umbra beast doesnt attack held npcs?
i just got the ll 32 power and notice when i got anything held .it stands there and doesnt attack at all.once the hold is off it attacks again.
anyone else getting this ?
