  1. You can slot Siphone Life for healing but slotting this way was just the easiest way to get the soft cap to all three positions. Also I think Melee was only 2 something % above the cap so I'm not sure what you could get rid of without effecting your soft cap.

  5. I am having some issues while on chrome whenever I log onto the boards. At times I have to double click a link to get it to load otherwise it will sit there for a while loading (3 to 4mins). Any suggestions or fixes?

    Depends on your time schedule. If you don't have the time to play, use the market. If you do have a lot of spare time then farm and pick a very fast efficient farmer. I'd suggest looking at Cat's thread, Fire/Kins and Elec/Shield seem to be the fastest and are able to generate around 10+ million influence per hour. So it will take you around 20 hours to get 1 of the good superior recipes.

  11. In the time it takes BoF to animate you would have killed(or close to it) the 3 enemies that you would have hit with a single target chain with fsc.

    To each their own but I hate BoF.
  12. If I am reading correctly you want to use common invention enhancements and no sets? If so I'm not sure it'd be possible to achieve that attack chain without Hasten. I'd keep looking at sets, there are some cheap sets that are cheaper than common enhancements, Multistrike being one of them, that provide some positional defense.

  14. Okay so this is a current PvE build that I am post, it is close to the hp cap( about 30 hp away ) so what should I change? It has a metric ton of recharge so + dmg? What powers should be dropped and which ones should be picked up?

  16. I figured you could start off with build up > stunning shot > blazing arrow > aimed > snap > blazing and do stupid damage. I read that Archery does more damage then fire now? True story?
  17. Which one out of the two is the most balanced in terms of damage out put and damage mitigation?
  18. For exemp it is also good to make sure you have enough attacks, I find myself with 2 attacks whenever I exemp below 30 on my dark/shield.
  19. I took Umbral's build and tweaked it a little to fit my play style a bit more, I can't lose Build Up even if over time Tactics provides more To-Hit overtime.

    Real Numbers 2.0

    I have recently started to PvP and have noticed that the real numbers system does not take diminishing returns into effect for all aspects. I'd like to see that changed to reflect all aspects of a build.

  25. Another thing you're running into is that people now are eliminating the shroud of Cloak of Darkness so it won't be as obvious.
