    I would take at least Bone Crusher from EM, it is fast animating and does good damage.

    Perma boost range isn't hard to achieve and expensive is relative. I'd say a good build with about 50% global recharge could run you anywhere between 100 to 250 million influence. I'd really suggest heading over to the market forum and doing some reading, it will allow you to make influence really easily.
  2. Archery/Energy is probably and arguably the best ranged blaster. Tier 1 and 2 attacks with enough recharge can be chained by themselves alone, has a 50ft ranged cone, a targeted AoE, an 80ft tier 3 blast, and a fast recharging mini nuke.
  3. I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that soft capping s/l is less effective than soft capping for ranged. There are few ranged attacks that don't have either of those damage components to them. If anything for a Pistols/Mental soft capping for s/l is much more effective than soft capping for ranged due to having several PBAoE powers that put you in melee range.
  4. No you won't miss ES, it takes too long to animate and will more likely get you into trouble than actually save you with its root time. Skip it and take PR
  5. Well as a temporary stealth you can go to warburg and get a temp stealth power.

    Here is my DP/MM build that I am working towards, I have about 90% of all the enhancements already purchased for him. If you see anything that can be improved I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm trying to get as close to perma DS as I can without sacrificing defense.

    I moved a slot from conserve power to health to give you more recharge because you have a lot of recovery and I'm fairly certain your build would be sustainable, and I slotted a Performance Shifter: End/Acc into PP to give you alittle more +hp and you only lose .08end/s

  11. Your best bet would be to head over to the PvP section where they will have a lot more regeneration builds. Your best bet for regeneration though is to stack up + hp and recharge set bonuses. MA is actually a really good combo for PvP because of its stuns. Anything without mez protection will be screwed lol.

  14. The only benefit that a brute has over a scrapper is hit points and punchvoke, other than that, I believe, they're both on par in just about every other aspect.

    If you search through the scrapper forum you will find numerous threads about Fire/Shield. I wish we had active section moderators that would merge threads about the samething.

  18. Conceptionally I wish they'd come out with an electrial mastery for scrappers. Blaze on an electric wielding hero just seems....out of place, but thats just my insanity. Personally I wouldn't take Blaze on a Fire/Fire scrapper lol
  19. It seems like you severly underslotted TG as well as AD. If you plan on soloing AVs without any inspirations its going to be filled with many deaths due to cascading defense failure.
