Well... Depending on the AT's....
Like if it were a DP Corr or Def... it would stand a good chance depending on it's debuffs or at least it wouldn't die easily if it's an EMP.
If it were a DP Blaster.... the Stalker or the Brute would probably win...
But an Arena match could be a different story...
db got mad combos
DB would win because DP couldn't move plus DB does so much damage you can overcome any amount of regen. Just ask Tiger Paw

Its DB hands down. My DP/Dark fought a DB/Regen and it wasnt even a match. DP just doesnt deal enough single target damage.
