Your best bet would be to head over to the PvP section where they will have a lot more regeneration builds. Your best bet for regeneration though is to stack up + hp and recharge set bonuses. MA is actually a really good combo for PvP because of its stuns. Anything without mez protection will be screwed lol.

I've been trolling the Scrapper forums for the past few hours and can't seem to find one single "impressive" PvP build for MA/Regen scrappers. I'm horrible with mids (can't use it at all) so I want someone to just post their most powerful pvp build for MA/Regen scrappers. I'm looking for a build that wont cost much more than 2 bill inf. Whether it's your build or something you made on mids idc.
