I made this build for a concept character I have. It doesn't have as much recharge its has 22% less.

Quick changes I'd make are just to slot stamina with PS:Endmod, and the Proc.
The problem I am seeing is that there probably will have to be some concessions in terms of recharge bonuses if you want to increase other aspects of the build and from my understanding the only thing that will really benefit from recharge is shield charge because PS will recharge instantly from CS' "crit." -

Dark Armor sucks!

Actually Dark Armor hasn't really changed all that much. If you have money to blow, invest in the theft essence proc, other than that slot all of your attacks for endurance reduction, try and get as much defense as you can, and recovery as you can. -

I would probably wait till I19 before you made this build. I19 brings inherent fitness that will drastically change your build.

Anything is worth continuing if you're enjoying yourself. It plays well at higher levels and with set bonuses it can be very tough and strong. It benefits from getting defensive powers like combat jumping, manuevers, and weave, as well as benefiting from extra resistance, regeneration, and recovery. I'd take the fighting, fitness, leaping, and speed pools and once I19 hits, I'd take the leadership pool.

PS+AAO can give you massive damage buffs and Shield Charge helps out with additional AoE.
The -damage from AAO stacks nicely with the KM -damage and works well with a defense based secondary since the hits that get through won't hit nearly as hard.
Crit-recharge PS is really, really good. There is nothing quite like hitting PS, building up a 5-stack of the buff, hitting Concentrated Strike and having PS instantly recharge.
I was able to take out a Pylon with my KM/SD in 5 mins and 15 sec, which put him at about 249DPS. And my build still needs a lot of finetuning and tweaking
As for general build stuff: get softcapped first and foremost. You want to be able to stand in the middle of big spawns so you've got a big AAO buff. After that, recharge and recovery are the biggest priorities.
You want as much recharge as you can get for several reasons. Most importantly, to bring PS up as fast as possible. The better uptime you have on PS, the more damage you do. Straightforward and effective. Secondly, to bring your other key powers back up ASAP. Concentrated Strike, because of how hard it hits and the fact that it can crit-recharge PS. Burst and Shield Charge, because they're your AoEs.
While neither KM nor SD are particularly end heavy, +rec tends to come hand in hand with high recharge. If you've got high recharge, you're using your end-heavier attacks more, so you need more recovery to sustain it.
Skip the cone KB. It is butts.
I'm really enjoying my KM/SD, Ectenic. Idea is not so much kinetic melee as telekinetic meleeThe combo of high damage and good aggro control is making me actually enjoy a melee character for once, heh.

They could still make it so the bomb automaticaly detonates if you attempt to put a second one down,like force field gen does ,and while annoying i can live with the activation time since it is in essence a second nuke power,i just whould love to have a little more controll over this thing besides putting it down and hoping that in a fiew seconds eather i or the tank can herd enough people there for it to do its job ^^

Yes they are, each enhancement averages around 150million a piece and thats probably on the lower side.

Here is just a really quick fix to fix your slotting.
Things to aim for between 45 and 47% defense to all positions, above 3.5 end/s recovery, above 230% passive regeneration, around 70% in recharge bonuses, and below 1.2 end/s endurance usage. I'd suggest taking a look at the link in my sig and learning about dark/shield's strengths and weaknesses, good luck!
