  1. I can't seem to get my Mid's to work it keeps giving me unlimited slots lol. Once it get it to work I'll post up a build that I made for I19.
  2. Do flyers cause the AoE attacks from Battle Maiden to become columns of death?
  3. That sounds more like an attention deficit problem and less of a game problem

  6. Really? Does that mean we need MOAR recharge!?

  9. A few things:
I made the build more expensive unfortunately

If this is going to be your only build I'd suggest buying L30 enhancements so you can keep all of your bonuses and your soft capped defense down to L27

I added Maneuvers and Grant Cover to your build. Grant Cover adds to your defense debuff resistance.

I slotted two Membrane exposures in Active Defense, they enhance your defense debuff resistance.

I highly suggest getting the hero accolades because they are free recovery and hit points.

  10. You need 234% recharge in MG in order to run that chain, so if you're slotting enhances recharge higher than 88% recharge you will be fine, and there's no such thing as a silly question .

    Fire/Energy

I'm pretty sure that I'm going to go the ranged route with my blaster, I've been considering it for a while. I ran a test between a soft capped ranged and s/l on the test server around the same conditions and the ranged character was miles ahead in terms of survivability.
  12. I like dual pistols and I am a min/max'er. It wasn't inherently designed to be a top or bottom performing set, it is a middle road-er with some flair, 30 pieces of flair to be exact.

Lets put aside all the vitriol for the Marketing Department and celebrate their latest accomplishment, the City of Heroes Action Figures!

This pack celebrates City of Heroes' ability to mimic trademark characters such as, but not entirely for copyright reasons, Power Rangers, Spiderman, Batman and more!

((I was recently and completely against my will in a seedy flea market in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and stumbled upon this. Of all the logos for petty unlicensed toy manufacturers to use they found OUR'S, really?! Too funny not to share, Merry Christmas!))
In before marketing has a seizure.

I've had it in both and I cannot tell the difference between the two at all.

  17. It is a nice build but you'd probably get more mileage by just soft capping and going for higher recharge but to each their own. You'd lose 11.8% recharge but you gain a whole lot more survivability.
