There are a few glaring objections that I am seeing with the build.
1. Siphon Life's accuracy is extremely low. It is a good attack and a good heal I'd suggest revising the enhancements that go in it.
2. Don't run Focused Accuracy outside of teaming, your endurance bar will thank you.
If you want Grant Cover you could drop Physical Perfection.

Figured I'd try and come up with a new Scrapper RWZ Challenge. The purpose isn't really to out right win but rather see how long you can survive but if you do happen to get to defeat the Pylon before you are whacked then you are a bamf.
Stipulations
-Grab a group of L54 Rikti with 3 Rikti Chief Soldiers Bosses
-Tow them to a Pylon and start whacking away at the Pylon
-Try to defeat the Pylon before you die
-Defeat group AFTER you've defeated the Pylon
Rules: Can't use inspirations, temporary powers, outside buffs from teammates, other heroes/villians.
Sound like a challenge or what? Any improvements?
Edit: Specifically Chief Soldiers because I find that they do more damage then Chief Mentalists. -

I originally didn't have Siphon Life slotted for endurance and it was siphoning the life out of me HA HA! get it...siphon life...yeah.
Okay with that said I haven't tried out this build but I will definitely do that. Thanks!

I'm still not following what you're trying to get at, Spines animations suck, noted. I don't corpse blast, I'm too quick for that. I guess you'd dislike teaming with me because I usually run a head when the team is cleaning up.
Also you could say that any arch type is superflous on a team. -

Two fireblasters alpha'ing with fireball as I jump in with spineburst often means I'm only hitting luts and bosses. If I lead with throw spines that is nice, but then spine burst activated with plenty of targets still up ends up only hitting the bosses because everything else is already dead by the time it goes off.
I've had much more success with my fire/sr as FSC hits before everything in the room is dead from my teammates so I'm usually the one killing off all the fodder and then I have tremendously more st damage to deal with the remaining bosses.
Solo'ing or in offensively weak teams I could see how the aoe of spines would get a chance to do wonders. Maybe with the new +con settings it will be better for me in teams as stuff won't die as easily.
Anyway, getting the message loud and clear, you guys don't care that spines is "bugged" in a negative way because you think getting that bug fixed would also bring downward balancing to the set from another source. I don't blame you either, I dread Castle looking at things I enjoy.

Also you're still doing it wrong by letter blasters get a head of you. A proper scrapper is always 200 steps ahead of the team -
Because I didn't know what the third issue was? He stated that it is the combination Toxic DoT and slows that castle has an issue with, which I didn't state.

Best way to get around this, use dual builds.

It sounds to me like you need more practice and patience then, I have no problem with any corpse blasting.

I remember about 7 months ago, the world of AE was slowly building up. Not many peeps were AE-ing(of course, i had a different account and played on a different server). Then 3 months ago, I went into the Cap AE building and it was ALWAYS packed. It lagged ewverytime I went in there, unless of course it was Sunday or Monday. Now, when I go in there, there's hardly anybody in there, and this saddens me...deeply.
Why? Why is the world of AE slowly dying?

So, yeah. I joined CoH three months ago, when the AE/slammer craze was at the height of its powers. I wasn't really familiar with it for the first month -- I leveled my first character to 32 largely solo, doing paper missions.
Then, peer pressure. I have to admit, being able to fully realize various powerset combinations with easysauce XP wasn't a bad experience. I wasn't exactly -enriching-, but it was a fun indulgence.
Thank god it's over.
Now that it is, I realize that I have absolutely no idea what to do with my in-game time. I'm on hero side now, for the most part, but I've no idea how to get involved in task forces, where to hang out to find level 50 teams to do cool stuff, how to go about making influence and getting recipes outside of AE, etc. The list goes on.
So, my fellow virtuers -- help me out here. Please?
I'll even tank for you. Pick your poison. Shield defense? Dark armor? Willpower? Futa? Okay, I won't do futa, but seriously, give me a hand. AE farming broke my rudder.
Seriously though if you ever want to teams just type /search and ask people if they'd like to form a task force with you. I'd suggest running the Croatoa arc, lots of fun and then you gain access to a short and sweet task force, the katie hannon task force. -

God-Like also depends on what you want to do. In general for PvE? Id say a Fire/Shields IO'd to the gills is as Godlike as youre ever going to get.
