    Am i missing something here??

Now i don't know much about the regen set specifically but i think that your survivability would be greatly increased if you put more slots in Fast healing and health, because as their auto powers they are your most sustainable form of regen so IMHO you should make the most of them

    Hope this help =)

Ps: Instant healing, Didn't see that power, but with a regen of 191 seconds and a duration of 90 secs then it's only on half the time. i thought there was something missing =P
    Yes you are missing something
  2. Other then IH being horribly under slotted and should be taken sooner, much sooner. I'd definitely aim for lower defense, get more recharge.

Here is my recent PvE build for my Fire/Regeneration.

I made a few changes that lower your endurance usage some and keep your defense at the same %.

Okay, so there isn't anything you see that can be improved on?
  6. What would be better to make a build for duels and then use it in zone PvP or make a zone PvP build and then use it for duels?
  7. Is there anyway you can post up your build so we can give you a helping hand?

  10. Why does everyone want Werner's help

You'll want to get as much recharge as possible then slot for positional defense, aim for around 20% .

Pool Powers: CJ, SJ, Hasten, Tough, Weave, and Fitness.

Go DA it will help you with your survivability.

Umbral posted a really great build a while back search around and ye shall find it.

There is no reason for you to get worked up over a misunderstanding, being more descriptive as to what you want will clear up any future misunderstandings. What might be clear to you can be vague to someone else. So sit, stay awhile, have a cup made from the heads of your dead enemies and let us all enjoy the torture that we bring.

  14. For a single origin build you're going to want to slot your attacks for 2 damage 2 accuracy 1 endurance reduction and 1 recharge. Your secondary 2 to 3 resistance and 2 endurance reductions.

I'd also look into getting as much defense as you can get out of pool powers as well. Considering you won't be getting more then 15% I'd also suggest getting some proactive damage mitigation like Lightning Clap to stun most of the enemies in a spawn and then using Lightning Rod.

Those are my 2 cents hope that helped!
  15. You're going to have to upload the data chunk Mid's is being lame-o-roni

Now hold on there partner not everyone in these here scrapper boards gets all in a hissy when you don't play the way they want you to.

That is the beauty of this game you play how you want and you can still be successful at it. So don't mind those that tell how you should play but take from it what you need and smile.
  17. The problem with Shield Defense and PvP is that in PvP there is access to a lot of to hit buffs that slice right through defense. Your best bet is to shore up a lot of resistance, focus on single target damage, and take aid self.

My MA advice = Take Thunder, Storm, Crane, Dragon, and Eagle. Those are core. You always want the first two attacks for when mezzed.

I don't know enough about Regen to comment, though I do have a BS/Regen who is very fun.
Blaster boards are a few sections up, Scrappers only get mezzed in PvP

I have to phase all the time in RV to continue to attack stalkers that have phase and I think a temp power would run out too fast.
I was just getting concealment to use as mules for luck of the gambler: defense/increased recharge.
  22. I was planning on picking up the temporary phase shift power. Will that not suffice? That is a good idea on the web grenade.
  23. Anymore opinions before I pull the trigger on this build?
  24. I'd got with Charged Brawl because it's prettier

I also like to take on Big Groups and kill fast

what do you think goes good with this combo?
Nothing screams I'm ready to die more then Fire Mastery. I went with Electrical Mastery for the hold, and the cool effect of surge of power.
