Guess what WOW had PVP from ground up day one DAOC which still has about the same subs as COX was built ground up with PVP
UO which is still going after like 10 years has PVP ground up.
None of them had it shoehorned in after the fact. COX PVP is going to do nothing for subs because it was shoehorn into a system that was not built for pvp.
Sorry since the empty arenas in I4 to what ever patch you want to talk about has had basically empty pvp zones

yeah, that's why it would probably be a good thing if they came out with an expansion or maybe a new game with the CoH engine but specificly tuned around PvP

Consume is just underpowered. the damage is weaksauce and a REALLY poor excuse for its long recharge and tohit check. for a tanker that has no ability to increase its own HPs has to take pool shields to get good resists and has a power that now makes things run away almost twice as fast as before, consume is weak.

i COULD be done were they to devote the proper time to it. but they are unwilling to devote that kind of time. I'm hoping one of the programmers makes this a "pet" project... and does it just for fun and then all of a sudden... BOOM!!! BRB bouncing around -

thats a step in the right direction but why not just let us pick SHOEs and HOs? its silly to have no real economy for the whole game and then all of a sudden have one sad one at the end that won't be let go of. -

I didn't take the time to see if this had been mentioned already but when you are wearing slacks and someone gives you invis you can see the boots going way up your leg. it seems the pants are MORE invis than the boots. its small but it bothers me a lot because my lvl 40 costume is always a tux.

lol, while in Mercy Island, I went down into one of those coves with shantytowns in them, and I found a shark hanging on a line. I knocked it down and had alot of fun playing "Kick the Shark"

ok, Ive tested this numerous times, MoG ends BEFORE the warning timer even starts blinking. All the other tier 9 powers are working fine though. Devs, pls fix this, MoG already has enough trouble as it is.

Technically, it's not a bug -- it works as designed. The problem is that MoG is the exception to that design. That doesn't help YOU folks at all, it's mainly me straightening out my thoughts on how to approach it. In order for this to be fixed, it will require a code change. So, I'll add it to the queue.

It's really annoying how all the citizens steal "tab focus" even though we can't do anything except waste endurance on them.
I realize that's probably due to technical reasons, so my suggestion would be to get off the fence: Either make them defeatable, or make them standard, non-attackable, non-tab-stealing NPC.

why in the world would i be able to blow a truck with brawl but i total focus or Energy transfer with BU to a citizen and they just run off unharmed. they really need to take them off the targetable list because they will never let us destroy them that pesky teen rating this game has. -
ok... i was really hoping for a lot from mayhem missions. that said i was quite disappointed. somethings are too easy to destroy. targeting is a pain. Psi damage is rough. i go to "jail" and after my first punch on the door there are two psi Lts and a giant robot boss IN (thats right) IN my freaking cell beating the crap out of me. what happens next you ask? I die. i go to "jail" and you guessed it. same freaking cell. this time i pop overload and escape. all in all they are meh. i want to destroy buildings, i want to destroy lamp posts. and i don't want to tab from civi to civi to cars. non mobs should be click targeted only.

if i knew how to make computer games and code things i would totally do this for free and just give the code to COH. but alas i'm but a lowley public servant who knows nothing of computer programing. *looks to those that do know programing*
