They're also on the rooftops in Neutropolis ... around the warehouses and government buildings not the run-down resistance town.

You can run multiple SATA devices off of one power line ... I personally try to limit it to one of any type per line (ie one hard drive and one optical drive per line vs two or more hard drives or optical drives) ... but that's mainly an old habit from when 1x cd drives had massive spin-up power demands (many, many years ago.)
-sigh-
now I feel old :/ -
Quote:I'm not sure about that ... I moved my blaster that's been 50 since issue 6 over and did Maros' arc via Oro with no problem. Now, that is my badge monkey toon, so I had already done all the Villain accomplishment badges arcs (apart from Efficiency Expert & Couch Potatoe) before hand I did Maros' arc (Cult of the Shaper.)At which point someone should have informed Aeon that is pretty much impossible for any heroes that switch after level 30.
They need to recognize that some players will not have a particular contact.
The first time I tried Ross' arc Maros would never talk to me either ... that's when I ran Cult of the Shaper via Oro ... after that Maros was talk-to-able in Ross' arc.
Saddly, I misinterpreted which option to take when talking to the demon and didn't get the extra dialog options. AND didn't get the Connected badge ... so that's the key w/ Maros at any rate. -
Using the 'say' command will have the 'Changing into high visibility mode' text appear in whatever chat channel you have currently active ... possibly a miss-tell issue if you have multiple chat windows open, but otherwise it will work fine.
You can use 'team' instead of 'say' and the text will always appear as team chat. -
Quick answer for you:
/macro cc1 "em none$$cce 0 ccDimensionShift"
That will make a tray button labeled cc1, that will clear you out of any combat stance or other emote and use the Dimension Shift effect to change you into your first costume slot (which is the 0 slot in-system ... slot 2 is actually 1, slot 3 is 2, slot 4 is 3 & slot 5 is 4 ... -shrug-).
Change the cc1 to what ever you want the macro button to read (just remember to keep it short so you'll be able to still read it) & change the 0 after the cce to select a different costume slot.
Here is a link to the wiki w/ all the emotes.

Also having massive load issues with the CoH boards (and the east coast servers as well) ...
It's taken this long (started to reply w/in 5 minutes of your post) just to get the 'quick reply' box up!

Here are two screen-shots of the Contemplation Charts.
The first is a larger view to show the size with some context & the second is to show a more detailed close-up.

It's possible that the supergroup that you can't break coalition with is a 'dead' SG - ie no member 'toon actually left in it. Part of the SG database sees that the SG is 'empty' and deteled it but another part of the datatbase still insists that it's there and it's the internal wonkiness that's preventing you from breaking the coalition.
The SG my 'toons are in on Pinnacle had a similar issue a little over a year ago when we couldn't break the coalition with a small group that I know had no members left (one of mine was the last in the group & quit that SG to join the larger one instead.)
It took a GM a while to figure out what was borked ... but he was eventually able to break the coalition.
So ... you'll need a GM, but it can be done. -
The original reason to have more than one rez circle was for during base raids - the rez circles could be destroyed & then fallen base defenders would have to go to a hospital then run back to the nearest base portal to rejoin the defense.
But ...
Since base raiding is currently turned off (or if you never really intend to participate in base raids when they get turned back on) the main reason to go with the larger med bay/multi-rez circles is purely for decoratve reasons.
Although ...
All but the basic 50k med bay can also hold a single storage item (usually used for handy access to inspirations.) -
She usually circles around the island with War Witch ... she's never up for very long tho.
I found her twice today on Triumph - once before I entered my mission and again when I exited.
So, she does spawn ... just keep an eye out for her. -
Yep, I've tried having snakes in AE missions and discovered that the only snakes from 38 -> 45 are Bosses ... the game gets confused and jumps up to the next available minion & Lts ... the 46s ... not a pleasant surprise indeed!
Sadly, it's been like that since the beta testing of issue 14. -
You have to adjust the level slider at the top to the level of the generic IO recipe you want ... ie set it to 15 for L15s 45 for L45s ... it took me a bit to notice that as well.

It's the 'Curse of Weariness' attack that each of the (3) ambush bosses has ... it sets your max endurance to 50 and (iirc) lowers your recovery rate by 50% and it lasts until you either remove it or log.
The Vanguard crafting tables sell "Nectanebo's Curse Breaker" for 50 vanguard merits ... it lets you remove the "Curse of Weariness" effect (5) times. -
You'll get the set bonuses for all six pieces of Doctored Wounds
IF ...
All six pieces are in the same power
&
You don't exemplar down 4(or more) levels below the highest level set piece in that power
By example: (3) level 40 pieces & (3) level 46 pieces in the same power will give you all of the set bonuses as long as you don't exemplar down to level 42 or below. You'll still have the bonuses for (3) pieces as long as you don't exemplar to level 36 or lower. -
Something in today's patch changed the way architect sees html ... again.
I had the same problem and when I edited the arc it was having
=>
in one text field in one mission. Literally ... equal sign greater-than sign.
I changed that to ... strangely enough ... =>
and it worked fine when republished.
-shrug-
So, I advise you edit the published arc & see what gets flagged in the 'Find Errors' pop-up ... it's going to be something small, trivial and annoying - but easily fixable. -

Energy Manipulator: Chance to Stun has two problems. One is that the text changes from Chance to Disorient to Chance to Stun. The other problem is that when slotting in Lightning Storm it does not proc in PvP. Tested it last night and after 10 minutes of the Lightning Storm zapping it never stunned my target that was standing there unprotected. When I get a chance I'm going to slot it into Lightning Field and see if it's an AoE issue.
Has anyone else experienced this with Energy Manipulator: Chance to Stun?

I've just socketed the Energy Manipulator: Chance to Stun in both Havoc Punch & Jacob's Ladder and have yet to see a single stun effect.
Also, oddly, Jacob's Ladder is now doing a wee tiny bit of Negative Energy damage (which is showing up in 'healing delivered' light green in the combat log.)
Screen Shot of the wee tiny Negative Energy Damage.
I was just dealing with a Talon Agent and for a split second he had the stun/disorient visual when Jacob's Ladder did the odd 2 pts of negative energy damage ... but there was no mention of a stun/disorient in the combat log ... the weirdness continues.

Just slotted Touch of Lady Grey : Chance for Negative Energy Damage in my Freezing Rain.
I was ... unhappy ... to be the one actually hit by the negative energy damage.
Screen Shot
I hadn't seen the Touch of Lady Grey mentioned as being bugged before, or I wouldn't have slotted the proc yet.
So ... just a heads-up.
