While DS is right about the 400% recharge - 200 sec cap that's not including Unstoppable's recharge IO's so less than 200 is possible.

As Gamete said though, minus range from taunt, Pain Domination and villain epic revamp was all that was needed to balance and fix i12 PvP.

Everything else was an excuse to sack employees because of the loss of subs they new they'd lose.

These methods only work once your character is already quite good.

Mender silos 4 mission farm : If you like to go solo then do this. Basically you go through the first four missions in this flashback taskforce and once you know the route/best options in it, it'll generate a lot of inf at a fast rate (for a solo anyway). I narrowed it down to 1.2 million earned influence per 10 - 15 minutes, when you factor into account the chance for drops then it'll obviously raise.

Shadow shard : Just like before, if you can handle large spawns which usually contain bosses then go to the shadow shard and street sweep. The area isnt TOO tough and all the spawns are nicely placed together. You get good drops and a good rate of influence/prestige.

Recluse Victory : Like the others have said, get a mech and go.hunt.kill.spiders/turrents. In my opinion this is better for prestige farming though.

Low level farm : If your under level 15 and got a pillar of ice/flame inside your supergroups base then team up with somebody higher than level 15 and get them to start the flashback "Lt wincott vs the trolls" arc. Its quick and simple and once you complete it, not only will get a few badges (depending on options obviously), but you'll get the ouroboros temp power plus a level 30 rare recipe at the end guaranted. 6/10 times they sell for quite a bit at WW. Even when they dont theyr still quite handy.

Only other tip is to always sell your items. Most people tend not to sell the standard IO recipes like "lvl 50 damage", but at stores they sell for roughly 100k each. They do add up.

Movement supresion isnt really that bad you make it out to be, bunnyhopping as ranged char is still a solid way to avoid attacks from meele toons.
How is movement frustrating now ?
You can still move as before if you dont attack something or are attacked.

Yeah i can kill a lot of night widows and fortunas but it's very hard work to so and most of them suck (player wise)


I know for a fact if Gamete, Spag or any other good player was to fight me on there Fortuna's against the same blaster i'd die rather quickly. I don't need a fortuna or night widow to work that out.....


As for Super strength and rage.... I've only got 99% to-hit on my tank but that's a constant 99% running all the time. A whole 11% higher than my blaster without BU etc. That's not including +acc bonuses.... That's why SS tanks hit Veat's more than blasters.

Power Boost + Build Up + Aim + tactics + kismet only gives 105% to-hit now thanks to DR. No where near enough to hit a well played Fortuna with all attacks for those 10 seconds.

While your working your way through your attack chain your still getting held and knocked down which lowers your 10 second window by at least half. Most Fortuna's have either phase and/or aid self which makes things even more "fun"

If you've easily been killed on your fortuna by blasters then play better tbh.

With dual builds I'd still consider three plenty. There was a time when we had to do with only 3 respecs. And there was no way to get more aside from freespecs and I think people did just fine.

Usually I dont even have to use respecs. Build 1 for leveling up and Build 2 for IOs. It's great!

That was the time without sets sets and only Sos, now with sets there is more reason to respec in order to see how it works out.
Powers change pretty often either pve or pvp these days.

Some ppl want to use the 2nd build for pvp...

And you don't need a respec to try out different IO sets, just lots of inf.

Sounds like a good idea to me. If someone wants to spend real money on character then so be it, nothing really different from the store we have at the moment.


Just have a cap per toon, say a total of 5 purchased slots. It's enough to 6 slot another power but not too many as to give a definite edge.

That is pure awesomesauce.

All i can say to this Damz is test with each toon you plan to use for PvP cause as far as i know the formula to work DR out is unknown. Even if it is, that's a lot of number crunching.


One note i can make though is recharge isn't effected by DR and other stats are diminished less than others so set bonuses are still well worth getting imo.
