I'd request it to be escalated, and include the information during each contact.
There is the option of phone support, though I don't know where you are located, so not sure how long of a long distance call this might be. All else fails, PM one of the Community Reps like Niv, or Avatea, or TheOcho. While they cannot resolve it, they can likely send you in a more helpful direction.

My base: Transit to 22 zones
Ouroboros: Transit to 5 zones
Clearly Ouroboros is superior in those regards.
My base: Vault, Storage bins, enhancement bins, inspiration bins, crafting table, and empowerment station.
Ouroboros: Mender Roebuck
Clearly Ouroboros is superior in those regards.
My base: Accessible by any SG/Coalition/Team member regardless of rank.
Ouroboros: Accessible by anyone regardless to SG/Coalition/Team status, as long as your character is at least level 25.

Is see your point, I should just go ahead and sell off everything, boot all my SG members and then exit my own SG, thereby dissolving it completely. I'm sure none of them will mind, after all, the base never gets used…
As far as base raids are concerned, couldn't care less. If they re-implement it, which PvP groups will rejoice over, then good for them. (As long as exempt my own base from participating.) -

I only found out that there was a Vault in Steel a few months ago, which my friends thought was funny. (Been playing for over 2 years now.) Granted I got a bigger laugh when they found out that there was one in Atlas (both of them have been playing for over 4 years.)

Are you starting your own Master Account, or adding a second account to your wife's Master Account?
Edit: And if you haven't tried this already, go to their account support page and click on 'Ask a Question' to start a support ticket.
I hope this gets resolved soon, it's good to hear from people just coming into the game and that they are enjoying playing it (billing issues not withstanding. )

As long as players are willing to pay ridiculous prices, sellers will continue to list them at ridiculous prices.
The purchaser has the option of "Okay I am willing to pay XXX for 'Midas Touch recipe' and that's it. I may have to wait, but that's okay, I'm in no hurry."

"ZOMG I needz it now! I'm willing to pool all of my characters inf and bid 200mil, just as long as I can get my hands on it naoh!"
Can't tell you how many times I've gotten something regularly selling for 1-10mil for less than 3k. -

Worst one I've seen so far.
This was while I lived in PA, my then boyfriend and I were heading towards Harrisburg, driving in the middle of five lanes, as there was a split ahead, three lanes north, three west (the middle went both ways.)
Up ahead, we see a car cut across from the 2nd lane from the inside, across three lanes and right under a big-rig's trailer. The truck stopped immediately (well as immediately as a 12 ton truck with a 48k load can) can, we pulled over and stopped, and three other rig drivers stopped as well.
The driver was uninjured.
What she told the Highway Patrol after the accident:
"Didn't he (the semi driver) see I wanted to turn left?"
