Granted, the latest issues I'm having with my video is that when I open a window in the game (Costume Changer/Options/Bio) it blacks out my screen. Sometimes it's just a flicker, other times it locks up my computer. -

I will also buy the GR Complete Collection at my local retailer.
I have zero issue doing this, and I am on a tight budget. The prePURCHASE is what I'd pay to go to the movies, twice. The Complete Pack, two dinners out. I am willing to adjust my spending to add to the enjoyment of something I love to play.
As for the prePURCHASE of GR Complete Collection. I'd like to see as an option, if just to keep down the NCsoft Store lag on the day it does become available. Still wouldn't go active until launch because of the new zone, but it should be an option.
* I see this is a move to curtail the theft of preOrder codes. As some have already stated that they do by purchasing a preOrder, using the 'goodie' code then cancelling the preOrder.
Edit: I could see no retail boxes outside of the US being an economic one, but how are we supposed to gain more European/Pacific Rim/well everywhere else brothers and sisters without the visibility boxes on the shelves provides? -

Okay, I'm working on partial information here. The developers haven't actually explained what will happen with Badges or Accolades. My suspicion is that if you have earned an accolade power on one side of the game, you'll be able to retain that accolade power if you fully convert from one faction to another.
I suspect that unless you fully convert your avatar though, some badges, such as Task Force or Strike Force completion badges, might not actually be available.
If you are planning on making a complete switch though, I wouldn't get too cozy with the badges you have.
I'll try to hunt it down, but at the moment I have to leave pt1 of my job to go to pt2 of my job, something I am not looking forward to. -.- -

As people already mentioned it, it isn't client side lag, it is a server lag.
It manifests itself in such way, that client thinks that power has been recharged but server thinks it hasn't. So you cannot activate you powers even they are shown as recharged. Another manifestation of this kind of lag I observed during annivesary and carnie invasion events: once summoned PA was out for more than 5 minutes while they should have been despawned after 1 minute. -
Well, it's 14? missions, and not all of them are in the Shard. I'm sure Kyo can give us a idea of how long this will take.
Another idea, if running the Sara Moore TF at this time doesn't pan out, perhaps we can go redside.
